Review 1：Room cleaning is not included, you must pay EUR 50, forget about new towels during all your stay. I travel all over the world and I have never seen it before, it's terrible.

Review 2：The location is good and there are some good restaurant options nearby.

Review 3：We advice to be extra careful with booking that hotel. We have payed for the apartment in 4* hotel with spa, swimming pool and sauna. We have received flat in different building - 150 m far from the hotel with no service. During one week stay, they didn't clean the flat and changed towels only once. In our confirmation from booking.com are photos of main hotel attached. The address on confirmation is different than the flat we have received.

Review 4：Very nice staff. We have arrived later than expected, however the hotel offerd us a dinner a la carte in the nearby facility. Everything worked very well, excellent food, perfect spa.

On an everyday basis, you see the couple, and their 4 sons, working hard at the hotel, with high level standards in everything they make. The staff, besides the family, is also very well prepared and kind. Many thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Stock, Franzi, Susan, Viktoria, Andreas, Nicole, Julia, and Johann. Wish this family to keep up such a successful and admirable work !

Review 13：We stayed in the appartement located in Ferienvilla - bad smell in the kitchen on the arrival and the whole stay, noisy street and no privacy as the neighboring buildings and appartements were very very close to our appartement.

Review 26：As it's located in the Lanersbach center there's limited parking space if you come with car. And access for WiFi should be provided for free :-(.

Review 30：This is the best hotel what I ever have been. The staff is very kind, friendly and patient. The hotel has got own parking place! The breakfast and the dinner was awsome, thay serve traditionally austrian foods. The whole villiage was beautiful! I really suggest to everybody!

Review 31：The Internet did not work during the first 4 days of the stay (total stay 5 days), and when we checked out, the hotel had the nerve to try to charge us for the Internet! And on their website, th hotel even writes that the Internet is free of charge. We stayed in the holiday apartment which was situated 50 m from the actual hotel building. It seems that if you stay in the apartments, you are regarded as a second class guest and almost none of the normal hotel services were included. Also the check out bill had extra charge for cleaning of the room, which was hardly mentioned somewhere on the booking. The room was not even cleaned once during the stay. The hotel staff was also very rude to us when we were checking out and wondring about the sudden Internet charge. The spa area would have been great if it would have been on the same floow, now in order to get from the pools to the sauna and spa area, you would have to walk 2 floors down the stairs.

Review 35：This year we found it very noisy at night and difficult to sleep. The reason for this was our proximity to the Alm and a few individuals partying most nights until 3am. I think people staying in the main Hotel would not be affected.
