Review 1：Ad picture makes it look like the hotel is stand-alone with mountain view. Actually its squeezed into a crowded neighborhood. Decor is too kitsch. Waaaaay too much furniture in room.

Review 5：It's a little difficult to locate the first time from the train station, but typical for a small mountain town. And be prepared to climb! (But then you can enjoy the delicious food guilt free!)

Review 9：Everything. We loved our room with an outstanding view of the Schlern. The room had every convenience and the staff kept it immaculately clean. The finishing of the woodwork within the facility was amazing. The hotel was located in the colorful alpine village of Kastelruth. This area is a centre for hikers and bikers. The hotel had a great spa in which to relax after a hard day on the trails. We had half board and were not disappointed in any of the meals, all of which were tastefully presented. Every staff member treated us exceptionally.

Review 10：Could hear really well any single movement in the hallway and people above, below and next to us. This gave us at first a real negative impression of the hotel but it finally turned out OK since everybody was really quite during the 2 nights we spent at this facility. Mix of styles in any corner of the hotel with a tendency to remain overstuffed Room and bathroom a little cramped.

Review 11：The sun terrace on the roof top is a real treat with wonderful mountain views. Diner was actually quite good but breakfast just OK and beyond what we are used to get in the Dolomites. Castelrotto is a nice little village through which it is worth strolling

Review 13：Delightful and helpful family owners. Beautiful rooms with magnificent views of surrounding area. Decor of the guest areas is charming with attention to all details and the panorama terrace offers awesome views of the surrounding mountain. Dinners are excellent with superb service. Breakfast is lavish and everything is done with class! We highly recommend this hotel...but it will spoil you with quality and service!

Review 14：Not a deal breaker, but dining room for breakfast and dinner have assigned seats based on you room number, so even if nice seats with view in dining area are empty, you have a table assigned. We booked the last room available, so didn't have a choice of rooms, and were seated in a totally different dining area. Half the elegance and no view. The hotel is located up a rather steep, small hill, but since this is hiking country, should be no problem. Prepare to drag your bags uphill from the bus stop though. All in all, really enjoyable.

Review 15：Quaint, clean, charming rooms with hotel top sun deck and jacuzzi with amazing views. Wifi was fine. Really enjoyable. Nice room size. Common areas were charming and elegant in local style. Really nice.
