Review 1：- my room has a smell in it, but I was able to clear it out by opening the outter doors that led to a large shared terrace. - it's difficult to rate location as since the earthquake the centre of town is being rebuilt but close to the train station
Review 2：- easy walk to the 99 Fountains/train station - free breakfast at a nearby cafe - bathroom facilities in great condition/modern
Review 3：Could not connect to WIFI in our room, and in sitting area on our floor it was marginal for speed.
Review 4：Location was good. Staff were nice. Receptionist locked our bicycles in a shed for security. Restaurant and pizzeria on site, as well as bar.
Review 5：Location of the apartment in the 3rd floor without lift. The bar where breakfasts (relatively modest) were served but was approx. 600 m far and not too easy to find.
