Review 1：Gravel car park was very noisy during the night as people came & went through the night but I'm being really picky!

Review 3：Nothing was too much trouble for the new owners, they were very helpful when we were locked out of our room late in the evening. Very professional and friendly.
Review 4：Think that if there is a microwave available there should be a plate or two and cutlery. Understand that you don't want people cooking but some foods that are bought and reheated require a plate and utensils. Also window clips need to be maintained to ensure security and if travellers are staying for longer than one night , staff should not leave windows open after refreshing the room. Customers belongings are still in the room.

Review 9：It is a great overnight stop for us as we travel to Merimbula and back at least 3 times a year to visit family. We have tried other motels in area but this one is tops.

Review 26：I will have nothing more to do with booking.com since they offered me a supposed upgrade for more money. booking.com intimated my Queen room had no facility except a Queen bed whereas the upgrade room had Twin Beds+Microwave+fridge and toiletries etc. I declined the supposed upgrade as my Queen room had all of these facilities. Was this a con to get more money under false pretenses?
