Review 1：Rooms were large and airy. Cleanliness was great. Excellent location. Quiet. The food at the Hotel restaurant was well presented and tasty. Overall very pleased with the venue. Thanks.

Review 5：The bathrooms are newly renovated so beautiful. Unit was very clean and had a sink in the actual unit which we loved.

Review 6：Although the property looks a little tired from the road, our rooms were very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The sink in the kitchenette was unexpected and welcome. Very satisfied.

Review 7：As in all motels I have been in over the last few years they only have acrylic blankets. They are too hot and I always take my own cotton blanket with me.

Review 9：The quote I received was different to the actual cost. Quote was for $140 but the actual cost was $190. I understand a cost isn't an actual cost, however that's a large jump in numbers.

Review 29：The drain in room 3 in the bathroom needs to be cleaned really bad smell from it. Two inch space at front door needs to be brought down as the cold gets right through that gap and causes a draft to come through the floor. The reverse cycle air system cuts out every hour. The problem with the gap under the entrance door and the problem with the a/c made the room very cold. The blankets are not thick enough on the bed to keep warm.

Review 38：The address given was 101 cobra St,my GPS took me to that address,but it was not the Homestead Motel.I entered the coordinates,and it was in an entirely part of the city,and it was the correct motel,nowhere near Cobra St.It was late,I was tired I did not take it up with reception when I arrived,and left early in the morning,so it remains a mystery ,why the address was so wrong

A little far out of the centre of town, but a lot of dining options in walking distance (particularly in adjoining hotels and motels). Road noise was negligible at night.

Review 58：I've stayed here several times as my rest stop between days of travel. I want no gratuitous luxuries; I want clean and friendly; I want to be close enough to bus and train stations that I can walk there with luggage, but not so close that trains will disturb my sleep.

Review 74：7cm gap from bottom of door to floor at front door. Review I read said "out of the way and quiet"- far from it! I heard blasting car stereo's from the extremely busy road at front every night. There is a large hole on wall on the top of the ancient airconditioner that was in a sorry shape. There was a sheet but there was no doona, rather a very thin mink blanket. Very minimal Austar/Foxtel so don't bank on having a decent or appropriate chanel for your kids. Be prepared to watch the news or some obscure sport. After a 9hr drive, didn't get more than 3 words from man at the bench. Obvious the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned before our arrival.

Review 95：Room wasn't ready on arrival. Channels on TV were either sport channels and one movie channel, no free to air channels could be watched. The hot water had run out!! asked staff why there was no hot water and was told someone would fix it, didn't enjoy the freezing cold shower that morning! Wouldn't stay at this motel again as I don't enjoy cold showers when I'm paying good money and the staff weren't very helpful.

Review 112：24 hour reception. Great when you don't really know what time you will be arriving. Friendly service. Rooms were roomy and well supplied with everything you need for an extended stay (even though we were only overnights). Microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery. Fantastic, at our room was. Would stay here again, and note, we have stayed in quite a few motels in Dubbo over the years.

There just isn't enough room to fit and fill it properly. Don't think there were any biscuits. That's a big issue if you are tired after a long drive.
