Review 1：The bed has beautiful linens, but the mattress was like a box spring. It was painful to sleep on. My husband resorted to sleeping on the sofa. Reviews said the wifi was "spotty". That is not accurate. The wifi is only available from the outside bench in the "wifi area". You could not move more than a few feet from that area and get a signal. Maybe not a problem in the summer, but in the fall when it is cold and rainy, you will definitely get wet trying to check your mail.
Review 2：You get a beautiful view of town from the property. The grounds are beautiful with a pool area and several places to eat outside. The apartment is spacious and modern. We cooked every night and found all we needed in the kitchen. Great shower. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It was nice having a washing machine on site. The road to the property is poor and even worse during our stay because of the rains washing away more of the road.

Review 7：The owner's house is where the rest of the accommodations and swimming pool are. They had friends over who were around and their kids using the swimming pool. They whole behaved as if it was their place, which sort of is, but that meant we felt like being guests of somewhere we weren't paying to stay. So we left the outdoor space to go upstairs in our room. Wifi doesn't work. There is one little bench which should be the wifi area but it still didn't work. Also, this was right outside one of the apartments so I had to sit there and listen to the private conversations of the family accommodated there while they were having dinner.

Review 14：This property is delightful! The owners are very hospitable and available. The view of Spoleto is spectacular as seen from the lovely pool and common area. The apartment we stayed in was really nice with modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The shower is by far the best we ever had in Italy- large and spa style.

Review 22：The position is great, overlooking Spoleto, Angela is very nice and will help you with information. Apartment is clean, shower is big and you will have enough room to put extra crib, if you have baby as we. Also sofa bed is great!

Review 25：The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including WIFI. The flat was very spacious and comfortable. The place has a super location: on the country side, with excellent view on Spoleto. Still very close to all parts of town. Angela and Ezio are very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts.
Review 26：During the months of July and August, they have many friends and family staying at their house which is part of the holiday property. This means that there are many children playing in the pool and we didn't mind at all, I understand it could disturb guests who are looking for a very quiet place to stay.
Review 27：Angela and Ezio are ver friendly, welcoming hosts. We had booked a studio with sofa bed and to our surprise we found a double bed in the studio: they had recently put it there for the comfort of the guests. One night Angela brought us a bottle of wine, another night home baked crostata. When we asked her to recommend a frantoio for good olive oil and a place where we could get good wine, she contacted the people and the wine was actually deliverd to Il Sogno. The place has a super location: on the country side, with excellent view on Spoleto and only 2 km from the city center. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, even towels for the sunbeds. Although we didn't have a terrace or balcony, that wasn't a problem, since there are enough tables outside to have dinner. There is also a BBQ which can be used by all the guests.
