Review 1：The size of the room was not that big but you are in Japan so it's not a thing to complain about.

Review 2：If you are traveling Aomori, you easily find that it's quite difficult to visit around the city by bus. Aomori City runs city buses but Google Map doesn't provide any information about it. The staffs in Richmond Hotel were super kind and they kindly let me know how to get to the place I wanted to visit. I send my sincere gratitude to the hotel staffs. They speak English a little bit but they are willing to help you with any means necessary. Beds were comfortable and the location was fine.

Review 17：Good size room in Japanese standard especially when compared to the city norm. Room with modern setting with enough shelf and desk space for laying out stuffs; plus a window with city view (ask for higher floors). Reception with pleasant and friendly staff was on the 5th floor with a beautifully decorated, spacious lobby area. Payment of room rates was processed by automatic machines at hotel lobby. Airport bus stop was diagonally across the street) and a couple of convenient stores nearby. Aomori Station was within walking distance (5-10 mins.) with covered walkway and Bay Bridge and Aomori Prefecture Tourist Centre was just 5 mins. walk from Hotel. We got half price for our 2nd stay with the Hotel upon our return to Aomori city.

Review 18：The breakfast was really sub standard. Food was cold and hardly snything there. There was a fabulous patisserie in the lobby of the building. So we went and got breakfast there the second morning.

We had a problem with one of the bed sheets in our quad room and they fixed it right away themselves with sincere apologies and complimentary water bottles. The hotel lobby was immaculate and the breakfast buffet was one of the best.
