Review 1：the room was a lot smaller as presented on pictures and as described, the beds were not comfortable at all. we could not get two separated beds as we requested, nobody informed us in advance. the beach is 20 min. away when walking, 5 min by bike.
Review 2：the view from the balcony was beautiful. location (san bartolomeo al mare) is a quiet village very close to cervo, very nice medieval settlement on the top of the hill. good when travelling with family, the location is mostly for italians, not with too many tourists. the residence has nice rooms as displayed on pictures only on the ground floor and maybe first floor, the apartment we shared was at the 3rd floor and a lot smaller as presented. the terace could not be used with the table and chaires, only good for sittling and enjoying the view. bicycles are old, but good for using anyways.
Review 3：dirty floors, extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows, some rooms have balconies overlooking the road or facing the yard with no view or even overlooking another room. the reception is always closed in the afternoon - there is a number on the door to call "in case of emergency", but nobody picks up the phone there... so, if you have an evergency, there is really no one to contact. in the kitchen there are nothing to wash the dishes with - so, you need to buy everything
