Review 1：The wifi never worked well

Review 2：The location was excellent. Lots of places to hike, bike and walk. The staff was helpful finding maps and giving information. The room was bright, comfortable, and very clean.

Review 3：The name is spa, but no spa. You have to pay extra to use a small pool with tap water. Termal water only after doctors appointement. Breakfast not good for the money. Staff ignorant, gave us completely wrong informations about distances. The guy said Madona di Campillio is 100 km away, but it is only 30....
