Review 1：- Reception staff was not too nice. - Hotel parking is 200m away - Bath was old, toilet broken, no hot water available at 11pm - Cofee at breakfast was bad (first time ever in Italy)

Review 6：The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating, (we were late arriving, after the chef had officially finished but he fired up the oven and cooked a great pizza). The pool on the roof is a great place to relax after a hot day exploring Etna. Francavilla is a quiet little town with lots of character and the Fiume Alcantara (river) is very photogenic and has a great nature ramble alongside. This was our second visit and we look forward to when we will be able to return.

Review 9：Most of the equipment in the bathroom didn't work: flushing, sinkand shower. There was also a large group which made breakfast [buffet] anightmare! We even had to insist that some food is provided directly onour table.

Review 11：Same breakfast every day. We had to eat the same cake and bread as 3days ago and on the last day it was not tasty anymore! Very poor. Coffeequality is not good at all. Pesonal is not helpful if you do not speakitalian. No tv programs worked or cable/connection was broken..idont know. You can hear somebody using wc or feel smoking stink. Noisyfrom the street. When you are showering water stays in a bathtube. Fullprice is very high for this hotel.

Review 18：Loved everything about this hotel! Staff were so helpful & friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is a little bit isolated but there is a regular bus service so it wasn't a problem!

Review 20：The hotel is located in Francavilla di Sicilia - 10 min. drive from the beautiful Castiglione di Sicilia, few minutes from Alcantare Grorge, about 1 hour from Mount Etna and about 30 minutes from Taormina - perfect location for exploring the area. The small pool on the roof is a nice place to relax and rest in the sun.
Review 21：Nice hotel close to Mount Etna and Taormina, although you need at least 20 minutes to reach the coast and 30 minutes to reach Taormina. We booked the hotel with a SuperFlash-deal and payed only 40 euro for a double room, which was a very good price for a hotel with a nice swimming pool on the roof, a decent breakfast buffet and spacious, clean rooms.

Review 26：Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The staff in therestaurant were fantastic and we got alot of our information about whereto go from them. The staff really make this hotel. The hotel itself iswelcoming and clean, it's probably one of the most basic hotels I'vevisited but a holiday in my opinion is about more than watching sky inyour room and this hotel suited us fine.My wifi wouldn't work (not the hotels fault) so use of the computer room was very welcome. Just a nice hotel, also nice to have a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner after a hot long day walking around in the heat.
Review 27：The hotel is fronted by a main and busy road where there is not even apavement. The room was fine but the breakfast was poor as was therestaurant.Also the town has very little to offer with no goodrestaurants. We had to go elsewhere to dine.
