Review 1：A lot of noise at night: the vending machines opposite my door and a nearby elevator were the main problems. Luckily, I brought earplugs... Don't expect more than a few words of English from the staff. I wonder why they call it Kokusai (= international) if they don't have people that speak a language other than Japanese.

Review 2：Friendly staff. Clean room. WiFi in the room, if you ask for it.

Review 3：No WiFi in room (only via ethernet cable). Supposed to be WiFi in lobby but I couldn't get it to work.

Review 4：Good location near Aomori Railway Station. Nice, clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff (as always in Japan).

Review 5：The window frame seems damaged and in need of repair, even though it worked fine and shielded from noise okay. The hotel entree is where all the money goes, i.e. it's way too loch in comparison with the rooms. They should spend more money on the rooms and less on the entree. Also it seems rather strange that there is no fourth floor at all. Superstition gone mad.

Review 6：The bathroom is surprisingly not a standard plastic box from Toto or National. It's properly tiled and it has a proper ceramic sink. Quite spacy for an affordable room, too. Location is perfect. A 5-minute walk from JR Aomori, although the entrance is a bit tucked away. Also, the internet connection is very fast, easily reaching speeds in the order of 100Mbps. That's unheard of for a hotel like this.

Review 7：first day the breakfast is a great buffet but second day just some simple thing, i don't know why. location is good but not so easy to find. compare with the hotel lobby the room is small

Review 15：The staff are so lovely and take care of us very well. The location of the hotel is really good. The room is a bit small, but clean with a full-size bath tube. I would like to come here again for my next visit.

Review 17：Even if we were forced to take a smoking room because we booked so late,the room was great. It was large by japan standards and did not smelllike smoke. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff in therestaurant were so gracious. When we were leaving, they noticed we werecoffee drinkers and had take out cups of coffee for us to take on theroad. How great is that???? The location of the hotel was veryconvenient to the jr station and there were many nice stores around thearea. We will definitely visit aomori again and stay at Aomori kokusai.
