Review 1：Could have done with a sofa or comfortable chair.
Review 2：Gorgeous family place a few hundred meters from a fabulous seascape. Nice staff and spacious apartment. Terrific for just over 50 quid.
Review 3：Rat infested room! We were appalled to discover that our bag of groceries left on the kitchen counter were bitten by rats. We heard them scurrying around in the kitchen late at night but did not bother to check, The place was also infested with cockroaches. Definitely a disappointment!
Review 4：the air conditioning was extremely loud. had to turn it off to sleep. then we could hear the a.c. from upstairs banging away. spoke to management but they seemed to have an answer for everything except for fixing the problem. a lot of maintenance is required. deluxe rooms are not very deluxe.

Review 11：Great value for money, most of the staff were fantastic. Location is excellent and in most cases, you simply walked everywhere. The grounds are meticulous as is the BBQ area, the pools are clean.
Review 12：Old interior and stuff. Very noisy. Especially when the place is packed (during weekends) earplugs is a must. When the neighbor turns on the grand old aircon wall and door vibrate causing unbelievable noises. Units combined with unsealed door, can´t avoid to follow conversation of neighbors or have to listen to the TV they are watching. First room service on the third day of stay. So spend a few Dollars more, stay at another place and you feel much more comfortable.

Review 15：(1) Inaccurate information on WIFI access. WIFI was not provided in the entire hotel as listed. It was only provided near BBQ area. Hotel staff said they are still working on the access. (2) Aircon was too small for the large room + kitchenette that it took almost 2 hours to cool the room.

Review 21：We were very impressed with the resort it is our 2nd visit and we will visit again. There was a good atmosphere, all the staff were very cheerful, friendly and approachable. Staff were always about with their work, hence the efficiency and cleanliness of the resort. After speaking to the Managers we were informed that the resort is going to be updated and the restaurant is to be up and running which will be even better. Review 27：The friendliness of management/staff. Management were available to give us our key at midnight after my daughter and I arrived to attend a funeral at 11.00am the following day. Very impressed. Loved the pools and used them daily on our 4 day stay.

Review 29：We only stayed for one night because another venue had double booked us, but Nikki got us an early check in so that we could move straight from one place to another. Fantastic service with a smile! Rooms was very spacious plenty of room for 4 people. we will be back for sure. Everything was very tidy and well appointed, even as a lawn bowls and cricket pitch by the pool.

Review 48：The person at the front desk was rude & abrupt when I asked about 1. If there was already a tourist mag in the room, 2. Where in the national park is nature's window. He couldn't have communicated a less desire to be serving us. Towels in room were not clean, shower was cracked as was the tileson the floor of the shower. This resulted in is using our own towns & using things in the shower. Although cleaners entered the following day & took the unused towels, nothing was refreshed or cleaned. We were out of coffee but this was ignored. I would not stay here again

But no issues, you won't even feel like touching it. Towels comes with a weird scent. Carpet floor feels dirty. Free wifi didn't work at all.

Review 86：It was a Friday night before the long weekend, we decided late that we would head to Kalbarri for the weekend taking the swag, Australia day weekend at that. With no bookings and not a care in the world we headed for the great north. All we needed was a campsite after all, or so we thought. We hadn't been in Kalbarri more than fifteen minutes when we soon realised, having only travelled to kallbarri previously in the months of September and October, that this wasn't the same place in summer time and without aircon we would surely die haha. Luckily there was a room available and we booked online from the car park across the road from the local iga. Staff were friendly and accomodating, the room wasn't a palace but it was a little piece of heaven just when we needed it most. We were saved and so was our weekend away :D

Everything is in walking distance which was great cause we came up by coach from Perth. I"ll be back again for sure!!
Review 125：We spent one night at the resort. Athough the room was advertised as a 'modern suite', we found it to be very dark and dated. A strong cigarette smell lingered, especially in the bathroom. The room itself was spacious, the kitchenette was well equipped (tea/coffee/milk were provided). Bathroom was clean but once again, very dated and there was no fan in the toilet. The sleep quality wasn't great as there was a light outside the door that stayed on all night, and there was no way of blocking it out. Also, the fridge made a lot of noise. WiFi was complementary, but the signal was very poor.
