Review 1：The location is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the hotel so unable to comment on the food. View from our room was amazing.

Review 2：Hotels' rooms have great cityscape view. The parking is very convenient: -2 underground floor with automatic garrage doors. Location is great and you can reach main city attractions within half hour by walk.

Review 3：Hotel's taxi service cheats. In the hotel they say that there is a fixed price to the airport 35 zlt. But when you arrive it appears 50 zlt. So better use Uber.

Review 4：Reception: I arrived late at night so they gave me a room with two beds even though I was alone. And announced it in advance so I changed the room the next day it seemed a little but not too much. I have to say that confirmed out at 13 instead of 12. the breakfast : No service (!) At all, maybe 2 waiters in the dining room only every care diner Nobody came the visitors I left and went without anyone to look at. The tables are packed with tools and nobody coming to pick them up. Location: Far from the center there are hotels that are located much closer you can get by with buses. Small towels .arge towels add a lot And put too ittle Noise: one can Hear all the noise from the other rooms even at night , thin walls. My room air con. was not working. For some reason, all the hotel is dark is not clear why ... Breakfast dark and missing tables near the window for view. The room is dark even when you turn off all the lights.

Review 5：high floor room 27 floor which gives a great look to all the city ! big like there. room : big very nice size and look modern clean and arrange daily whice is very good breakfast : very clean dishes bright, shiny. the food is clean, fresh, excellent, large selection of cheeses, vegetables, breads, hot food and freshly cut fruit. location: walking distance 8 min to the metro but there .are two bus stops in every corner of the hotel

Review 6：Very odd (unpleasant) smell in the toilet. Thankfully the room was large so with the door closed it didn't filter into the room. Wi fi signal was inconsistent.

Review 21：The only small thing is the room's door must be closed very rough (tips from Reception) as otherwise it beeps for ever. The area is not particularly nice to walk, there are just buildings and no restaurants or bars nearby.

Review 27：Breakfast selection was pretty awful for a 4* hotel, it was served in a little lobby bar. No spa or fitness - nothing besides the hotel room. For the same money you can go to the Radisson which I strongly recommend. Minibar was empty and when we requested for ice the receptionist just announced the bar is closed and there is no way to get any ice.

Review 50：I was at this hotel for one night before a big exam I had to write the next day. The room was advertised as air conditioned, but the air conditioning was broken and the room was 26 degrees celsius all night. I called the front desk and they were unpleasant and unwilling to help.

Review 53：The definition 4-stard hotel is a little bit abused in Warsaw. I believe JM is quite below average for a 4-stars. The room has oudated and basic furniture, the floor dusty moquette (as in the rest of the hotel). The bar at the mezzanine floor is a place inspiring a lot of depression. The breakfast is in the average but expensive and the breakfast room looks like a sad place as the rest of the hotel. The hotel urges the need for colors (and for a good architect) and some 'light'.

Review 61：The room temperature alternated between freezing and boiling hot with no regard for the thermostat setting. The bathroom temperature was freezing all the time though. The room was missold - the room description promised a bathtub while only rooms with shower cabins were available. The walls are quite thin - you can expect to hear your neighbours using the bathroom. The WiFi is quite slow and incredibly insecure.

About 15 minute walk, which is very close, but it's in the opposite direction of Old Town and where more activity is happening during the day and at night. The instruction on the table said: "open the window to stop air conditioning", but the handle was taken away, apparantely for safety reasons. My request to lower the blower of the air conditioning was treated however nothing has changed in the room. I have been told the system has a problem. Finally I have been offered to choose another room. There the air was blowing less, however there was still no way for myself to regulated the air conditioning.
