Review 1：We pretty much regret going there, the travel was uncomfortable, the room was small, the lady was nice but didn't have much time for us...no where really to eat around

Review 3：Bed was a little low to the floor, felt like you were almost sleeping in a sleeping bag on the ground. But overall not bad and cheap.

Review 5：Crossing the road from the car park to the hotel in heavy traffic (sunday late afternoon) was tricky with kids. Eventually the traffic eased up and there was no further issue. There is no ferry service in Laglio.
Review 6：The family room was well appointed and super clean. The towels and linens were soft and super clean. The room decor was just lovely. Bathroom was large and the kids loved the blue light in the shower (which actually doubled as a nightlight for bathroom use). The view was really beautiful and the balcony/patio area was great place for the kids to snack and play. Breakfast was really nice and included in the price. Plus- we had a parking spot in a place where parking can be a nightmare.

Review 11：The room was too new and smelled paint. While the old ones are bigger, less modern and pretty, they have air conditioning. Our first night was terrible: extremely hot and smelled musty. Opening the windows helped but then came the mosquitoes. The staff was nice and provided us a fan for the second night. This room will be perfect as soon as the air-conditioning will be installed.
Review 12：Excellent for a 1 star Hotel. We got a brand new room, cosy and modern. The bathroom has even LED lights in the shower. Nice roof top and gorgeous view of the lake. The breakfast was good (cereals, croissants, fruits, cheeses,...). The staff is really nice too.
Review 13：Don't eat at their "restaurant"! It's really not good and much too expensive for what you get - just microwave-oven readymade meals I guess. Next to the main road so noisy.
Review 14：Lovely, clean, new-looking bath room. Nice, clean room. Just next to a big road, but we got a fan (it was 35 degrees!) so we could turn that on and close the windows and then the noise didn't bother us. Fine for a single nights' stay
Review 15：Delightful hotel with a great view of the lake and very comfortable accommodation. Parking straight across the road from the front door which is a real bonus in Lake Como. Rooms are basic but value for money with good shared bathroom facilities. Staff were delightful and very helpful. Restaurant served lovely meals.

The location was beyond wonderful. Take the time to wander up beyond the hotel and take yourself back 500 years. Henry, the owner, has become friend! ....

Review 28：We stayed for one night and used the hotel as a base while cycling round the lake. Very easy to get to if you are coming from Switzerland way. Staff were very friendly, room and bathroom were clean, breakfast was simple but nice and the price was very reasonable. There was free parking opposite the hotel and they let us park there while we were out cycling for the day. We would stay there again

There is a bus stop a few metresaway from the hotel, and you can buy tickets and get the timetable fromthe hotel bar. There is also parking space if you're travelling bycar. Breakfast is good, and served from 7.30am onward which is good foranyone who would like a lie in. This is the second time I have been tothis hotel, and I will surely go back again.
Review 72：Location: The hotel is on the 'Regina Nuova' road - the new road which is high up on the hillside compared to the 'Regina Vecchia' (old) road which runs alongside the lake. The new road is difficult to access by foot and is quite a distance from the old road where you access the boat.

Review 74：The hotel is pretty far from Como or any other city center. Buses fromComo stop running at 8pm, so we had to take a taxi from the trainstation, which cost about 30-35 Euros.
