Reviews for Hotel Dell'Orologio
Review 1:The hotel is basically a bunch of rooms spread out around a city. We got a terrible brand new room with no ventilation and very bad odor. Do not rely on a high score - some rooms are just awful and simply should not be provided to guests. When we called the reception, a person who answered behaved as if us telling that the room was unlivable was a total surprise and we were basically unable to reach a receptionist late in the evening.
Review 2:Location.
Review 3:Cannot be reached by car. Owner will pick you up in the center of town, though and help with luggage etc.
Review 4:Everything. Very friendly staff, excellent English, brand new hotel, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, great location to start walking the historic town.
Review 5:The rooms are in different buildings and are large and modern with a lovely bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet area but close to all the sights in the historical centre. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and more was brought out when supplies ran low. If you have a car, be warned that parking can be tricky near the historical centre and it is a 15+ minute walk downhill (via staircases) from the carparks in the new part of town to the hotel.
Review 6:No bad experience but you have to be prepared for the challenge of finding it and parking. I wish the shower was bigger.
Review 7:Spectacular location. Beautiful terrace views. Roomy. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful staff, especially Claudia who goes the extra mile to get you settled and oriented. Wonderful breakfast.
Review 8:Lack of lighting on terrace and steps needed handrails. The first room we were offered, but didn't take, had a mouldy smell and only a tiny window.
Review 9:WE loved the peacefullocation and the friendly welcome. Sitting out on the terrace at night with the views of Ragusa Ibla and beyond took us into a magical world. We loved the breakfast - home-made products were fresh and delicious.
Review 10:Nothing!
Review 11:Astonishingly beautiful accommodation in an old building. Parking was somewhat challenging as it always is in historical areas but hotel staff made it easy for us. Breakfast well presented with great variety including fresh ricotta.
Review 12:Getting to the reception for these scattered buildings offering bed and breakfast is not for the faint hearted. We received good directions, however, and found the free public parking. It was then about a 10 minute walk and a lovely girl was waiting at reception for check in. She helped us with the suitcases along more cobbled streets and up 2 flights of stairs to our eyrie. The view of the whole of Ragusa from our private balcony was worth the 'journey' and it just got better at sunset and then we gasped as the lights of the magical city of Ragusa came on. We so enjoyed exploring Ragusa over two days. The bed room and bathroom were small and there was not enough space to unpack. Breakfast was organised near the reception area. Again a very small area and rather noisy with the slate floors and echoing walls. However the food was excellent and the staff super friendly and helpful. The owner, Georgio, helped us a lot in making bookings for Agrigento. He has 24 beds in Ragusa and seemed a bit stressed maybe because he is opening a Trattoria in a month's time. I would recommend a visit - the balcony was special and the staff were great.
Review 13:No bad experiences at all, but a curtain in the shower would have prevented water from spreading over the floor, and it would have been useful if refill bottles had been placed in the fridge each day.
Review 14:The owner, Giorgio, and the receptionist, Claudia, are probably the most helpful and pleasant hoteliers I've ever met, doing everything possible to make me comfortable, and dealing patiently dealing with my many enquiries. My stay in the hotel was before the restaurant was completed, but one of several acts of kindness occurred one evening, when after having walked all day round Modica, I mentioned that I'd have liked to eat in the hotel. Giorgio immediately drove me to a restaurant in the centre, so I didn't have to do any more walking. Another kindness was providing me with a bright table lamp so that I could read in the evenings. The rooms, some of which are built, attractively, on to old stone walls and stone arches, are clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was very reliable.
Review 15:The breakfast was great - lovely omelette, cheese and meats, plenty of fruit and delicious coffee :D the staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Review 16:The only negative might have been the musty smell when first walking into the room. We are sure this is because the facility is centuries old and after the AC was on for a while, this was not a major issue. Wife has allergy sensitivities so it was more of an issue with her than I.
Review 17:The staff at Hotel Dell'Orologio went out of their way to help. When we were not sure of our location, we called and the owners daughter told us to stay where we were and she came and met us. The location of this B&B is excellent, only a short walk from the Duomo di San Giorgio. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of selections at the buffet. This location was so unique. What an experience!
Review 18:All rooms are beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. Ours had a fantastic balcony area with fabulous views. Location was brilliant, a couple of minutes to the Duomo in one direction, and the tourist info in the other. Must try the ricotta with fruit and local honey at breakfast.
Review 19:Not easy to locate on arrival, gps brings you into a very tight network of streets. However, staff directed us to the nearest free car par and all well from that moment on.
Review 20:Great location and views. Superb breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Review 21:Steep stairs and only a partial handrail Over 5 minutes' walk from car park Quite hard to find
Review 22:Brilliant location Lots of character Friendly and helpful owner Fantastic views Great value Super nearby restaurants
Review 23:Wet room not a success, also access limited due to narrow alleys and slopes be aware.
Review 24:Very attentive and helpful staff exceptional breakfast for a small hotel.
Review 25:* no major gripes - wifi played up on second half of my stay (a week), but an area fault rather than hotel, I understand.
Review 26:* great location in historic Ragusa Ibla * friendly, helpful manager and staff * quiet room as requested * enjoyable breakfasts (Giorgio put himself out to get me some lower sugar cereal as I cannot eat the Sicilian sweet-filled croissants & pastries) - variety of bread, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit etc.
Review 27:Bit of a walk to breakfast but that was no real harm. It made us get up and moving for the day!
Review 28:They staff were very agreeable. we had a late flight and they accommodated us by waiting for us to arrive. Nice surprise that it was an apartment rather than just a hotel room that we were expecting. Rooms are basic, clean with good facilities.
Review 29:floor of the room was a bit dusty
Review 30:Claudia the receptionist was extremely helpful and very nice. Breakfast was divine, room was very nice and comfortable, had a beautiful view of Ibla Valley and centrally located.
Review 31:Great apartment tucked in amongst old buildings in a narrow street. It is a hotel in name only, as the accommodation spreads through different levels and old rooms, but all nicely renovated. A great place to stay.
Review 32:A little difficult to drop off. And pick up baggage
Review 33:Feels like living on the town in lovely old buildings. Breakfast was great with frittata made as you wait. Fantastic location for visiting Montalbano country
Review 34:The room was charming but there was a mouldy smell. Perhaps this is the natural smell of the cave? It would be good to have an outdoor space for reading
Review 35:The Hotel manager was incredibly kind and helpful. My daughter has forgotten important medication and he personally arranged a new prescription through his doctor.
Review 36:Amazing rooms, incredible staff and great breakfast. The decor and quality of the rooms are a really high standard. The car park is a 10 minute walk away but it is no problem. It was very easy.
Review 37:If driving, do not attempt to drive right up to the hotel as it is pedestrian access only. leave car at or near main piazza and walk.
Review 38:central location, with a real old world ambience but modern facilities. In keeping with the baroque nature of the town
Review 39:We loved everything about Dell'Orologio, our hosts were perfect, totally service minded, nothing was too much trouble, the room was beautiful - classical Sicilian style. Breakfast was the best we've had in Sicily. We have no hesitation about recommending this hotel.
Review 40:Could be a few more utensils in the kitchen.
Review 41:We stayed 6 nights and found the hotel to be excellent. We had the apartment on the top floor with an outstanding view over Ragusa. It was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Yes, there are stairs inside and out, but they add character and charm. Claudia's warm welcome was lovely, and when we asked for a couple of tea towels and a kettle, nothing was a problem. We also enjoyed the generous breakfast, and George helped us find a laundromat and we'd recommend it, I Pinguini, in the upper town. The hotel is in the heart of the old town, but away from the noise. A great find.
Review 42:Very comfy rooms with ac - very large with private self catering kitchen available. Great wifi (free). Good breakfast selection - provide some gluten free options on request - best to email in advance. Staff very friendly and accommodating. FREE parking close by (about 5/10 minutes away on foot).
Review 43:This is not a criticism of the hotel, but there is no parking for "foreign" cars within the town limits. There is a free car park down in the valley which is a bit of a hike to the hotel.
Review 44:The plane was late and the getting the car took a long time. We got to Ragusa at 10:40pm. Dr Giorgio Distefano was there to meet us and take us from the town's car park to the hotel. What a welcome! It described the hospitality we experienced for the rest of our stay.
Review 45:I highly recommend this hotel.....We stayed in a fabulous apartment just behind the duomo...excellent location. The staff are so friendly and really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your time in their hotel.
Review 46:The only thing about the room we didn't like was the very narrow bathroom and the worn 'crunchy' towels. It's time for the hotel to invest in new bath towels
Review 47:Staff was great, nice large room, really good breakfast, very clean and well cared for facilities. Lovely location, easy to walk everywhere.
Review 48:Room was amazing! Large Family Room, Hydro Bath, huge Showers, Comfy Beds Breakfast: Although breakfast didnt start until 8, we asked for it at 7:30 as we had to catch a flight. Lovely staff organised it and the owner went out early to get the bread and pastries himself! Location: In the heart of the old town. Tricky to find and no parking near by but that's what makes it amazing! Free parking nearby.
Review 49:Our particular room (curved ceiling with rocks) felt cool & damp to me; smelled musty. I would prefer more fresh air besides this one very small window.
Review 50:Claudia came to meet us on arrival; all the staff were friendly, helpful. Loved the flavorful fresh fruit & excellent frittata daily. Location not in the center of town, but quiet little street--we liked it. You get used to the walk from the parking lot. Pleasant to walk the little streets of town. Like Venice without canals!
Review 51:Be prepared, like most Old Towns, high up and lots of stairs...but well worth it!
Review 52:Located in the centre of the Old Town. Very clean and comfortable. EXCELLENT breakfast! The owner was soooo helpful!
Review 53:Checking in at one place and lugging your bags to another place afterwards is not an ideal arrangement, but for us it was OK because we stayed two nights.
Review 54:A spacious apartment, quiet, comfortable, with a huge balcony, great view, g reat for sunbathing.
Review 55:Beautiful city, great location, clean and spacious room. The staff was so incredibly friendly, the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.
Review 56:I would suggest a kettle and a toaster for the kitchen
Review 57:The bedroom was spacious, the bathroom modern And they're were fabulous French doors that lead into mini balconies overlooking the wonderful lanes of Ragusa. The location was fantastic. The staff were pleasant and our stay was very confortable
Review 58:The room is well equipped and very spacious. The bathroom is the same (and very clean). Solid mini-bar. The location is perfect but parking on all of Ragusa Ibla is a challenge so park somewhere easy within a few blocks and WALK to reception. The owner, who is truly nice and thoughtful, will help you find parking that is very close. You would probably never find it yourself.
Review 59:Getting baggage some little distance from car up steps and stairs to the room was somewhat strenuous for 70yr olds, but so worth it once we got there.
Review 60:The hotel, as many others have stated, consists of a number of rooms in different locations around Ibla. We had the most beautiful room with a terrace overlooking Ragusa Ibla to one side and up to Ragusa Superiore from the other. The room was very close to the Piazza Duomo, a few minutes walk away. The room was spacious, comfortable, and also had a separate kitchen/dining area. At night, the area was quiet and peaceful. There was air conditioning, but we didn't need to use it as the evenings were cool (we visited at the end of April). All was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries, fruit, local cheeses and salami, bread, yoghurt, juice, and great coffee. We also got some great advice about local restaurants and days out in the local area. An email a few days before our stay with advice on where to park was gratefully received. Overall, fantastic, and we would love to return. Grazie mille! Non ci sono negativi!
Review 61:None really.
Review 62:Wonderful little hotel close to the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The room we had was large with a double and two single beds and some armchairs, so comfortable to sit and read or watch the television. The breakfast room was close by and the breakfasts were excellent (if a little samey). The staff were great and very attentive without being overbearing. The hotel is tucked away but once you have found it it is close enough to easily walk to the heart of the town where all the cafes and restaurants are and is close to the easily accessible car park. Yes you do have to walk up quite a few steps but what do you expect if you are staying in this area of Sicily! The price of the hotel is very competitive but is still of good quality. we would definitely stay there again especially as the owner says he is going to open a new trattoria close by in the next year or so.
Review 63:Our room was beautiful. Lovely balcony with fabulous views of Ragusa. Great facilities including kitchen. Comfy huge bed and delicious breakfasts. Four stone stairs to bedroom could be a problem to anyone with mobility issues as no hand rail.Thank you to friendly and helpful staff.
Review 64:There is public parking, but fare away, and with many steps
Review 65:The view from the big veranda was fantastic. Very helpfull staff, that did help with getting our lugage to the flat. Good breakfast.
Review 66:Getting large cases from the car park is an effort. A shuttle service would help, especially older travelers.
Review 67:The rooms were spacious, and clean. The beds were super comfy. Everything in Ragusa is easy to reach by foot from ththe hotel.
Review 68:Claudio the concierge was extremely helpful & made us feel very welcome . The rooms were huge & luxurious. However very difficult to walk with luggage from car park to the hotel.
Review 69:The personnel was very kind. The breakfast was especially good with local cheeses and fresh-made juice. The hotel is very well located in a quiet little street in the old town area. Our room was stylish and choicely furnished, spacious enough.
Review 70:This is not really a complaint, but clearly the apartments have only recently opened for business. There were a few simple things missing from our apartment that would have made it a little nicer, such as more places to hang towels in the bathroom, a little better furnished kitchen since there is a two-burner cooktop and oven with paper towels and possibly a microwave oven, a rug or two to lessen the chill of the stone floors, and a floor lamp or two to use in the sitting area so that one can read at night.
Review 71:Apartment location, peace and quiet at night, nice breakfast buffet, friendly and responsive staff.
Review 72:I am a college student and I was doing a research project on architecture in the city. It was low-season in Ragusa when I traveled. The ladies and gentlemen who operate this hotel were extremely helpful. They took carefully consideration of my travel plan. The room was clean, and very warm though outside was chilling..I felt just like home when I was staying there. Thank you very much and I hope to see you again when I visit the city the next time!
Review 73:Could have stayed in the apartment and done nothing else, the view over Ragusa was perfect. Breakfast superb, something for every taste and extra coffee if required. Luggage transfer from car to hotel was exceptional, staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect.
Review 74:Friendliness of staff Individual private rooms with old world charm and very tasteful furniture Free WIFI Closeness to everything in Ibla Helpful advice from staff about eating and getting around
Review 75:Nothing
Review 76:The room is clean and comfortable. That's a typical style of Ragusa. We had many choices for breakfast. The owner is very friendly to help us for city visiting and recommendation of best eating. We like it!
Review 77:I loved this b&b it has everything going for it , perfect location, excellent service and beautifully decorated rooms. The the hotel is absolutely charming, we loved it.
Review 78:- Generally we liked everything.
Review 79:- We've got a very nice, spacious apartment with a kitchen and a bedroom. - Hotel is located in the heart of historical part of the city - Ragusa Ibla
Review 80:Breakfast could be better. Not enough products. The waiter didn't popose anything. Maybe to shy.
Review 81:Great. Beautiful surrounding. The responsible came to our car to help us to bring our luggages. He was with my husband to park. Idem at our departure. Really calm, really nice. Great wifi. (rooter on the room). The room is big with bath (perfect with a baby) + shower. We were on the room next to the breakfast area.
Review 82:Beautiful apartment, stunning balcony view. Excellent sleeps in very comfortable bed with lovely linen. Claudia was so helpful, we were well looked after and restaurants recommended were great.
Review 83:Clinging dramatically to the Hyblean mountains, rugged Ragusa throws up the travel-challenge of ten lifetimes put together! As the auto-coach (from Noto) whizzed past Modica, at speed both fast and furious, (never mind those rattling passenger bones!) the approaching 'canvas' of the hill-top Superiore with ancient Ibla sloping down in sweepingly majestic style, transmitted tremors of awe up and down one's spine. After endless meandering in the upper town along with bag and baggage and almost dead with fatigue there-from, a taxi mercifully transported me to Ibla and the Hotel Dell' Orologio within a reasonable amount of time. The lovely Claudia at the reception asked me to relax and brighten up before proceeding to the designated "double room" quarters lying further afield on Via Ten di Stefano and not within the main hotel structure itself on Via Ioppollo 12. After making our way through a seemingly endless tangle of elevations and descents (take a back-seat Toledo!) - with all that luggage and Claudia's able assistance- the double room or rather apartment-of-mammoth-size, rendered me speechless. A huge chest of drawers was placed near the entrance. The sleeping chamber comprised of a king sized bed along with two smaller ones complete with telephone and table lamps. Further branching out of this space introduced a sitting area with beautiful chairs and ceramic floor ornaments. The icing on the cake was the expansive kitchen with its own elegant washbasin, mini-airconditioner, refrigerator, cooking range, sink, cups and saucers, coffee mugs, plates, side plates and platters, drinking glasses, wine goblets, bottle opener, bread baskets, fruit bowls and an equally wide range of cutlery. All this for a pittance. Unbelievable but very much true! A well laid out bathroom, excellent WiFi, freshly prepared breakfast (ably supervised by Simone and Vittorio) and convenient access to down-town Ibla added up to the star value of the property.
Review 84:We hired a car from Licata and drove to Ragusa. The streets are very narrow and we just couldn't find the hotel. On the day we arrived their phones weren't working. I managed to find the hotel on foot with the help of my ipad and the receptionist, who spoke very good English came to the car with me to take my husband to the car park, leaving me with the luggage near the hotel. Excellent service
Review 85:Only gave a fair rating for location since it is difficult to find and difficult to get to. We asked a police officer and her response was "problem". The staff sent us an email with directions and suggestions for parking, but it was sent during our trip and not before. Our problems of locating the hotel and parking would have been prevented if the email arrived before the trip.
Review 86:Breakfast was great, fresh and fast. Within walking distance to everything, even the upper city. Restaurant suggestions were wonderful.
Review 87:The only thing that needs improvement is the ventillation system in the room - it tends to get stuffy and somewhat smelly inside, so we kept the little window open and it was OK.
Review 88:The owner and staff were great - very helpful, responsive and informative. Though the hotel might be somewhat hard to find on your own, its location is very good, within Ragusa Ibla and less than 5 minutes' walk from its Duomo. It is set in an old neighbourhood and features traditional rooms with tiny/no windows and vaulted stone ceilings, restored antique furniture and beautiful decor. The breakfast was very good.
Review 89:Everything lovely, the room with old style, the bathroom with all modern commodities, the local fresh products and flavors at the breakfast and the friendly welcome of the host. Simply the best value for a 3*+ hotel in Ragusa.
Review 90:Perhaps the rooms had been freshly painted or plastered as there was a very strong odor that required us leaving the windows open. There was a city-wide fiesta the 2 nights we were there and being right over a main street was noisy.
Review 91:We loved the high ceilings with wooden beams, white walls and little terrace overlooking the valley. Breakfasts (in another space close by) were great...and included a tasty egg omelet! One can walk to everything in Ragusa Ibla easily from this lodging. Recommended.
Review 92:Struggling to find anything we didn't like.
Review 93:The owner, Giorgio is a marvellous host and went out of his way to make sure our stay was memorable. The room was situated on an upper floor with an adjoining terrace affording splendid views of Ragusa and surroundings. The bed was the best we have ever slept in. The hotel is about 200m from the free car park and is at the western end of the town. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The hotel is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and if you enjoy exploring winding lanes and meeting the ever-friendly dotto train driver then look no further. We have stayed in some wonderful places and this hotel, together with Giorgio and his staff are up amongst the best.
Review 94:All good but be aware climbing stairs is a non-negotiable component of historical, hill-top/side towns so be fit before you go.
Review 95:The hotel is spread over a number of diferent buildings and our apartment was spacious, fresh and modern - quite a nice surprise in an "old" town and building! Breakfast was delicious and generous with a good range of local specialties to tempt the palate. Hotel location made wandering around the town very easy. Staff were helpful.
Review 96:A little difficulty finding it as we arrived very late Sunday night. midnight and had difficulty phoning the owner to check in but that was all part of the adventure in the end.
Review 97:Loved the size of the family room, vary large room, kingsized bed, full bathroom adjoining another very large room with twin beds and separate full bathroom. Spotlessly clean, mini fridge stocked with water. Lovely terrace with amazing view of Ragusa Ibla. Fab fresh breakfast until 11:00. What more could you ask!
Review 98:Nothing.
Review 99:Ragusa should be on everyone's Sicily agenda for 2-3 days. Giorgio met us within five minutes of our call to him and arranged free parking close by. Walkers will really enjoy touring Ragusa-Ibla and everyone will enjoy the Hotel Dell'Orologio. The Wifi was free and excellent. The breakfast with fresh coffee was just right. Our suite had everything we needed and we had a great relaxing time.
Review 100:Host went out of his way to please us, including changing our room to one with fewer stairs to climb. Wonderful breakfast, including hot dishes and delicious, homemade jams.
Review 101:- No outside space but we knew this when booking it. - The lads in the breakfast room were always pleaseant but they could be a bit more interactive. - Not so easy to bring the car into town so you had to carry suitcases etc but we also knew this when booking.
Review 102:- Its uniqueness with several rooms dotted in one area of Ibla. But it has a central breakfast room and reception. - The style of the rooms. - Great power shower - Breakfast was perfect, even if a bit limited. - Giorgio and Claudia very friendly - Easy access to the car parking. - Kitchen areas very well equipped.
Review 103:The owner Giorgio clearly cares deeply about his hotel and loves Ragusa. In addition to staying late to let us in when we checked in after 9 PM, he suggested a few places to eat (all of which were excellent) and made a reservation for us. Umbrellas were on loan when it rained unexpectedly, and breakfast was great. The wifi speed and strength was also top-notch. You can't park on site, but we didn't find parking to be terribly challenging (though maybe would be different in high season). Breakfast was also good - lots of fresh fruit, honey, pastries and freshly prepared tortillas/omlettes. The room was comfortable and large though, as you are right in the centre, there can be noise in the morning with people waking up. Not really an issue though!
Review 104:Room, a/c, wifi, breakfast, helpful staff, location quiet but if you are driving be prepared to park in piazza and bring bags up through cobbled lane ways. Was not too difficult, just wasn't prepared for it. We had a 6 month old baby in tow!
Review 105:Trying to find this very small street.
Review 106:This place is really charming and well done, the breakfast is excellent and it is great value. It is difficult to get to, suggest you leave your big case in the car and carry up just what you need for your stay. Park as suggested And then ring them to guide you up into the town, impossible by yourself, even with a sat nav.
Review 107:The owner is a charming man and assisted us in everyway including carrying our luggage try tiny streets, as cars have no access! He assisted us with a lovely driver, who showed us many things and places!
Review 108:Be careful of the stone steps to 2nd floor a bit steep and slippery. Car park is at the bottom of the hill (but is free) because the roads in Ragusa Ibla are either difficult to drive along or inaccessible. From the car park walk up the steps to the piazza go right, past the Information Office & Chiesa, up Via Mercato then fork right up Via XI Febbraio. Via Ioppolo is next right. It is more like 500mtrs than 200 as they suggest.
Review 109:This stay was a very different experience. The hotel accomodation is in different renovated buildings around an ancient town. We had 2 rooms on the second floor with a kitchen that we could use. Water was left in the fridges every day (the weather was hot!). Very comfy beds good air conditioning with a small balcony opening onto fantastic views. It was a short walk to breakfast in a separate building. The breakfast was superb - including omelette, ricotta cheese with fig jam lots of pastries and fruit, different hams and cheeses. The staff could not have been more helpful. We could not make the last breakfast due to our flight so they left loads of fruit in our room!
Review 110:Really comfy beds, super shower, lovely rooms, excellent location, great value, excellent host Giorgio who went out of his way to ensure we had an excellent stay
Review 111:Getting my car squashed between two walls in Modica when we went the wrong way!
Review 112:Really friendly helpful staff, great beakfasts, central location in Ragusa Ibla. Bearing in mind we booked a twin room, geeting a spacious clean well designed apartment, with 3 balconies and views over teh rooftops to the hilsl beyond was a real bonus. A ggod location for outings to the South East area from Etna ( a real highlight) to old cities like Syracuse and Modica, beautiful sandy quiet beaches and stunnery scenery.
Review 113:Ragusa is a fascinating place to visit, and the hotel is well placed to explore. Excellent facilities in a slighly unsual setting - thisis not a corporate hotel and the better for it. We had a good sized room and everything that we needed. The breakfast was excellent too. We were helped with directions and getting our luggage from the nearby public parking.
Review 114:Great location for Ragusa Ibla, we stayed in a lovely apartment with beautiful spacious room, very comfortable bed and lovely linens pillows. Staff very helpful.
Review 115:The apartment was beautiful and the food was excellent. All of the staffs were very nice, friendly and extremely helpful. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We couldn't have asked for more. Ragusa Ibla is a magical place and the apartment was perfect for exploring it. We will definitely be back for another stay.
Review 116:Not much really. Stairs in apartment rather precipitous - need to stay sober! Kitchen not really equipped for cooking. Not even a wooden spoon. Nice pots though. Needed a new shower head.
Review 117:We had a stunning apartment on the top floor with 270 degree views over the old city from the balcony. Wonderful. Owner is delightful and very helpful. Good, fresh breakfast. Fresh OJ (the only fresh OJ in a 2 week stay in Italy, including several hotels costing 3 times as much).
The Fine Print
