Review 1：Staff spoke very limited English, remember to state smoking or non smoking, as the smoking rooms reek of stale smoke, which I found out the hard way.

Review 4：the smell of cigarette in the room !! They should separate smoking/non smoking areas because the smell enters in your room through the bathroom !
