Review 1：I can complain only on lack of the wireless internet in the rooms. WLAL cable is available. But you shoud have certain device!

Review 2：Отель отстроен заново всего три года тому назад на месте старого. Очень тихое место. До ближайшего городка Кастельротто около 3-х км. Пешеходной дорожки нет. Требуется авто. До подъемников 10мин. на машине. Отель полностью соответствует заявленным 4*Super.

Review 7：WIFI is only available in the main hall, in the rooms you need to connect via cable ( 1 per room) and on top, you need to pay. There is limited choice for the breakfast.

Review 9：They have such a nice pool and we really wanted to swim, but it was like -2º C outside and the water was not warm enough. When we asked to make it warmer they said "sorry, the water is 31 degrees, that's our temperature". Also if you don't go by car, can be very expensive going by taxi to Castelrotto city (15 euros 1 way). And its not possible to go walking...

Review 11：unfriendly owners; food at dinner always too salty; most annoying thing was being made to pay for tap water at dinner (was food made deliberately salty so customers would order drinks off the menu?!); the same food appearing at the buffet several days in a row; not enough parking places considering that, given hotel location, everyone will have a car
