Review 1：Staff was a bit cranky...breakfast was just OK...dinner was not an option after having a ho hum breakfast.
Review 2：We did not realize the price on booking.com was per person! This needs to be more clear... Value for the money was only OK.
Review 3：We called in advance to get a double bad (back problems), and when wechecked in the staff wasn't aware of it, we got a nice room but twinbeds. When requested to transfer us to a double bad, the staff asked usto pay 40 euro.there is no close parking, you need to drop off your luggage and then drive 3 mins to a parking space which is 10 EURO or 5 mins to a parking space which is FREE. this wasn't advertised obviously and caught us by suprise. the resturant closes early, so you can't buy food after 21:00. there's no air conditioning and it can get pretty hot as you go there in the summer. in our room we couldn't open the window because the curtains are blocking it. we were very unsatisfied, the highest price we paid for a night in 7 days of visiting italy (rome, venice, cortina) and this was our most disappointing night of the trip.

The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, the room was double the size of most we stayed in, the soaking tub in the bath was so wonderful after sitting on a train all day. Breakfast was exceptional. Everything about this place was top notch.

Review 13：We liked everything about the hotel. It is one of the best places I have stayed and I travel extensively. We went half-board and the meals were outstanding. The staff is highly professional and a joy to be around. Hannes is the best!
