Review 1：The hotel is outdated and needs refurbishment. Heating was working 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening which is quite strange in winter. Heating with air cond is not the best solution. Breakfast was not good at all.

Review 3：This hotel is perfectly located, an easy five minutes walk from the rail and bus stations and right on the sea front. excellent restaurants are close by. Rapallo is a lovely working town, good shops markets and very friendly people. The hotel is spotless, the staff more than helpful and rooms whilst not luxurious and more than perfectly adequate. Linen changed daily. Perfect.

Review 15：The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel opens on a square with restaurants and bars, which have music on the weekend nights until late (at least in the summer). I put in earplugs, and it was not a problem.

Review 16：We were traveling with our older parents and sister, so we booked a double oceanview room and a triple oceanview room. We loved our stay at Miramare Hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was walking distance from the train station and right across the street from the ferry. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the free wifi and complimentary breakfast (with excellent cappuccino!). It has A/C and an elevator, as well. It's a great value for the cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Review 21：This time we went late june, schools were on holiday and the noise from kids playing football in the piazza next to hotel was horrendous all evening. Also a number of city events were being held at the location and the loudest disco music we ever heard played from afternoon to 11pm or later on 4 days of our week with shreiking comperes at full volume. . Staff were very sympathetic but management merely shrugged shoulders. The hotel breakfast is poor and monotonous. We shall not return.

Review 22：We have stayed at Miramare twice before, the last occasion in 2011 and usually in early June. Always found it an excellent base for exploring Liguria, close to Railway, local ferries and restaurants. Providing you get the right room then balcony views over the bay are lovely.

Review 23：STOP TO UNLOAD AND LOAD LOGAGE. THER WAS NO PLACE WHERE TO STOP THE CAR. HAD TO DO IT OVER SIDE WALK ,AND WITH A LOT OF PRESURE.

Review 25：The Hotel's location is ideal. It's on the waterfront and across the road from the Ferry Terminal which take you to Santa Margherita and Portofino. It's also literally a 5 minute walk from Rapallo train station.

Review 26：The room is oldstyle decorated but the carpets are older than the style and made me and my friend couldnt sleep, coughing all night. Despite the breakfast finishes 10:00, at 9:45 the breakfast was cleared and the waitress brought us only fruit salad 2 slices of bread and turta. When i asked for the regular breakfast he walked away, started murmuring italish which got my nuts off and find myself shouting out. Just after 5 mins breakfast was full ready. But the point is i shouldn't have to shout out and go crazy to have breakfast in time.

Review 31：Fantastic location with amazing views. All the staff were very welcoming and Ana who served us breakfast in the morning was great and became our "guide" of what to do and where to go. Photos of the hotels don't do it justice - we expected a small, dark hotel based on the photos but booked it for the location. We were pleasantly surprised - a light, friendly hotel with many areas to sit and take in the views.

Review 32：I wanted to cry when we were shown to our room - a dark gloomy back room with a tiny metal balcony overlooking air conditioning & brick walls. We paid extra for a front room which was just as dull but bigger & I could see the sea from one window. Everything is old & dark & needs updating. Very uncomfortable bed & pillows, shower changes temperature constantly, towels & bed linen are odourless. I wanted to be in the hotel for as little time as possible. SO disappointing.

We loved the quaintness of the hotel including its elevator. Thanks to Miramare and its location we fell in love with Rapallo. We would not hesitate staying in this hotel again, in fact we would insist on it nor recommending it to fellow travelers!

Review 37：Breakfast is average but sufficient as it is included in the room price. Cold meats and cheese, fruit and pastries. This is common in Italian Hotels. If you want the whole bacon and eggs it is hard to find.

Review 38：This our second time staying at a Hotel Miramar and it is wonderful. The view is amazing, the restaurant is great and the location is perfect for exploring Rapallo. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Review 39：The furnitures in our room looks pretty cheap and do not match the hotel's other style, but with our brought mess it became quite nice anyway.

Review 45：No parking!! Cleaning of the room not good at all. The floor was absolutely filthy all five days of our stay, and we ended up cleaning the floor our selves! Limited dusting of shelves and a layer of dust (bed was clean). The elevator is from the 1920:s an holds threee people. It works, but not for the faint heartead.

We didn't plan it, but we happened to book our stay during Rapallo's Feste Patronali- complete with evenings of fantastic fireworks competitions. The Miramare could not have been better located! We had a front row seat for all the festivities!! The included continental breakfast was generous and delicious. Would stay here again!
