Review 1：We hadn't been to Italy before and didn't really know what to expect. Very quiet area at this time of year and nothing much to do in the immediate vicinity as everything was closed. We were the only people staying in the hotel on our first of two nights but the staff were fantastic.

Review 3：Very poor nights sleep. Air conditioning did not work and mosquitos were very active! We were out of season and the restaurant was closed so needed to cycle 2 miles into town to eat.

Review 5：The location is a little problematic due to the distance from the beach and Porto Cesareo (about 1.5 miles). This website lists that a free shuttle bus is available, however, when we used this facility we were asked to pay 40 euros for a 3 mile round trip, this was following a conversation between the driver and receptionist in Italian (which we did not speak or understand). Following which the driver seemed a little bemused but pleased to receive such a fee. The hotel is very Italian-centric which can make communication difficult for non-Italian speakers. It would have been helpful to have instructions in international languages such as English, French, German and Spanish at least to improve accessibility for international guests. Due to the communication difficulties, dinning in the restaurant was traumatic at times as some dinning staff who did not speak English were abrupt at times and not hospitable, probably out of frustration. We don't believe this to be intentional as the same staff seemed very friendly with Italian speakers.

Review 6：The hotel was very clean. In the main the staff do try very hard to make you comfortable, where they can.

Review 7：Being charged €4 to prepare baby's food I found it ridiculous, especially when it was actually my own food. Once addressed to the Hotel Manager this was rectified however the previous 3 charges where not removed from final bill. Issue wasn't handle correctly and I was personally expecting something more from a 4star hotel. The food offer wasn't great either. Portions were very small and there was not typical dishes prepared as you would expect in a place like this. Huge effort on the "Antipasti" buffet but fundamentally always the same food for lunch and dinner. There was a complete lack of a dessert offer which would have been nice to have. Long waiting time for food to come out from the kitchen (average of 25 minutes per course) and little attention to details during the service at the table. More waiters would have give a different experience for sure.

Review 8：The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Francesca and Daniela at the reception. Maurizio in the restaurant was always able to satisfy your needs however he was clearly struggling to cope with the high volume of the workload. Nerven and Giovanni from Jolly Animation team were very friendly and they are definitely a plus to the overall experience.

Review 9：I would have loved a wider selection of breads at the breakfast table (dark bread especially) and less fish fried in oil for lunch/dinner.

Review 10：Great staff with the famous Italian hospitality. We received great tips regarding restaurant and beaches. The rooms are spacious and clean and the air conditioning does not mean blowing ice cold air, but creates very pleasant temperature in the room.

Review 11：Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and really helpful and its a ten minute walk from the most wonderful beach, the swimming pool and grounds are kept beautifully, would definitely stay here again, my daughter Sienna love it too.

Review 19：there are two buildings of the hotel: one shown on the pictures with the pool and an other one on the other side of the street with the reception..our room was in the second buildin, so we did not stay at the building show on the pictures thus reserved, but in a different one poor breakfast dark streets far from the city but it did not matter as we travelled by car no mosquito net, but lots of mosquitos the toilet made a strange noise after flushing and did not stop for a while, also the tap was dropping

Review 21：The room was very small and had no view. The little fridge did not work. Most importantly, the wifi didn't connect in the room at all, and was inconsistent in the foyer area.

Review 22：We were there in the off season and most places were closed. There is a beautiful promenade in the town around the harbour which was lovely on a sunny day.
