Review 1：Massimo was amazing. He goes above and beyond what is expected. We left Christmas Eve and he took us to the airport early in the morning. He also picked us up on the way back so we wouldn't have to take a cab! The apartment. Is adorable, but it is the service that makes this place shine!
Review 2：Massimo, Thanks so much for taking care. Unbelievable he seems never too sleep and always available when problems come up. It does not matter about the apartment, train or flight delay He either wait with patience or does the pick up himself if needed even on short notice.

Review 5：The host was fantastic and helped us in any way possible. Have nothing to complain about and I would come again if I am close to Ciampino. The host informed us that the train station is a few minutes away from the apartment and minutes away from central Rome. We did not make use of the train therefore I could not experience it myself but I am sure that the apartment is a very good option for someone going to Rome but not wanting to be in the centre. Will definitely recommend.
Review 6：The apartment was spotless and really nice inside, kitchen was well equipped and there were extra blankets since its a bit of cold weather which I really appreciated! The manager was so friendly and helpful, couldn't have been a better introduction to Italy!
Review 7：There can be quite a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs and people talking outside. The apartments are above the restaurant and the windows face the street. The noise is not kept out and if you are sensitive, you will not sleep very well. Same goes for the units next door, you can hear the pots in the kitchen, doors closing, people talking, etc.
Review 8：The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my short stay, and more, with an excellent wi-fi connection. It is about a ten minute walk from the train station that will take you to/from Rome. There is not much in the area, so expect to walk to town (10 minutes) if you need a grocery store, or similar. The managers of the place are excellent, and very helpful. Should I need to stay in this area again I would not hesitate returning to The Great Beauty.

Review 10：The cleanning was faultless, the staff so helpfull. My bed was hug and comfortable. Everything is new with kitchen totally equiped. It's able to pay with credit card. Near the accommodation you have restaurants, the station train and a big supermarket. The transfer to Ciampino airport just €10. Definitely I will back
Review 11：In the description it says 0.6 km from ciampino airport but that s as the crow flies... From door to door, nigh tome, it s a 10 mins ride by car with no traffic. It d has been nice to know it earlier! Anyway it s a very good deal.

Review 16：We loved this place, whatever they use for laundry is divine, the beautiful smell is throughout the whole apartment, and it's lovely drying yourself from a shower with the beautifully scented towels. They have done a fantastic job on this accommodation, the apartments are immaculate and spacious, our bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was big and spacious. The staff were excellent. We had major flight delays and they changed our flight to arrive at fumicino instead of ciampino. Huge inconvenience as we booked this accommodation because it was close to the airport and our flight was supposed to arrive at night. We called the staff and they did everything to accommodate our extremely late arrival which was supposed to be around 1:30am but ended up being closer to 3am. We can't thank them enough for helping us out, otherwise we would have been left without accommodation for the night. The hotel is really close to the train station and makes it really easy and convenient to get to the centre of Rome. We would have based our stay from here and stayed longer if we knew it was so easy to get to rome. We did try to book here again a few nights later but it was full. The cafe on the corner also does excellent food!
