Review 1：The property could be very nice in the summer time. For the winter time was very very cold inside. Even the owner help us with woods for the fire place was almost impossible to heat the livingroom. We heat the bedrooms with air conditioning and was not very comfortable to sleep in such a noise. Anyway I think that the hotel is a good destination for summer vacation but not for winter time.

Review 3：Bed was a bit lumpy.Wifi slow to very slow. There was no indoor eating option (table and chairs) when there was room for a small setting. The sofa was atrocious. Some small improvements would make all the difference. There was a also a cat that hassled us every time we ate.

Review 4：Pool area was absolutely beautiful. Room also very good. I would rate it very highly if a few small changes were to be made.

Review 5：Room was small for us (Teo misunderstood the booking). WIFI was extremely poor. Old guy (father of Teo) seems to be quite grumpy, banned us from using barbecue, at first didn't give toilet paper, telling that we should have bought it in the supermercato... Annoying that he is always seems to be watching the guests. On the contrary: his figs were great! The place shows much more on the pictures than in reality, but all-in-all it is a good place to stay...

Review 6：Perfect pool area, young guy (Teo, who runs the place) is really friendly, great barbecue area with Campingaz barbecue, patio is really good for breakfast, old guy brought figs and tomato as present for us. Relaxing.

Review 8：It was difficult to find because there are no signs of the villa.We could not pay with credit card. There was no gas at the morning, also the fridge was set to too low temperature and our salad froze.

Review 9：The building is a renovated villa with small apartments. We stayed ata beautifully furnished, huge apartment with fireplace, kitchen andnice bedroom.Closed, free parking. Nice garden.

Review 10：When we booked the apartman, I saw ready the kitchen on the pics too. But in the reality, there was not any kitchen, it is only in building phase. So we did not have any plate, glasses.

Review 11：It was really a beautiful place to relax. The home made olive oil is tasty, if you stay there, you have to buy one bottle. Our host was a very friendly man.

Review 12：When we arrived, the gate was locked and there was no doorbell. We hadto climb the fence to alert the owner. The owner is very nice but speakszero English, so he called his son to explain the situation to us: dueto our late arrival time (10 pm), they thought we wouldn't come anymore. It is advised to inform them you will be arriving late when youare staying at this hotel.We stayed in an apartment which was fine and very clean, but the water temperature in the shower was horrible- as it changed from hot to cold all the time. When we left, the 'credit card machine' turned out to be broken and as we didn't have enough cash on us, we followed the owner into town to go to an ATM there. Basically it was no problem for us to pay in cash- if we had known before. Now, we were getting very anxious about missing our plane.

Review 13：The building looks absolutely fantastic, very authentic. If you travelby (rental) car, this is a perfect place to explore Puglia from.
