Review 7：From our room with balcony we had a beautiful view to the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us good advice where to go and see all the attractions and told us of free parking in the city. The breakfast was also very good.
Review 8：No coffee because coffee machine was broken. No wi-fi at all. You can't leave the hotel on foot because you will be ran over by the car - no pavement and sidewalk on the streets. The air conditioning works only in HEATING mode.

Review 21：the location and view is spectacular from the dining/breakfast room the hotel and facilities are a bit old and rather basic all in all price value is quite fair, I would say enjoy it as a base camp for exploring the environment but don't expect any high class standards. If you're ok with that the hotel would fit all basic requirements. The staff is friendly and helpful the location and environment makes up for all you would lack of four stars and up.

Review 26：we had booked two family rooms one month before and we had given a credit card for booking reservation and when we went there they told us that they had given the one room. So they gave us an awful place in the garage which they called "room with no view to the lake". it was horrible. It was full of humidity and we could not breath at all. It was very dirty and the garbage was in the bathroom from the previous day!!!! We got seak!! the price for this Discasting "room" was 100 euro when a normal person would not sleep even for free. my advice : don't ever go there!!!

Review 92：A few comments: it is on a busy road and we were there in very hot weather, with air conditioning and a fan which didn't work so it is quite noisy with the windows open. Laglio itself is tiny and only has a couple of restaurants other than the hotel, so if you want night life, this isn't for you! I have a bad back and the bed was not comfortable for me, but manageable for 2 nights. I realise I am sensitive to beds because of my back; my husband didn't have a problem at all.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the quadruple room we had, though not large, was fine for two nights, very clean. The swimming pool was a big hit with our children. There were some thoughful touches like a pile of swim towels near the pool for guests to use.

Review 96：We were allocated to a room on the first floor without a balcony despitethe fact that booking.com site had a picture of a three person room witha balcony. Being on the first floor, we were very close to the motorway,which made it noisy. The room decoration was extremely dark. Lightcolored furniture and curtains would have given a more spaceful feeling.
