Review 1：Our only complaint was the free wifi, which didn't work (local provider). However, our host was kind enough to lend us her laptop (which used a different ISP).
Review 2：We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The rooms were clean and good value for money, with a balcony overlooking Merano. Location was great, close to the Therme/town. Breakfast was made with love, organic, buffet, and delicious! Our lovely host gave us huge bag of dried Kräutertee leaves to bring home. These personal touches made for an exceptional stay!
