Review 1：Poor wifi ,no airport shuttle despite it being advertised on Booking.com?.and when I contacted B.C I was told I could get a taxi??? Beds uncomfortable and hotel is tired , mould on shower

Review 3：Having arrived early, were told to wait (as indicated at reservation) until 13:00 for our room to be available, but at 13:30 it turned out it was still not ready. We could take another room, smaller, but still with a lake view, which we did (and in the end we paid a lower price), but it was less comfortable (tiny shower, and mush smaller balcony). The staff was helpful (we needed their intervention to switch off the noisy air-conditioning at night) but often hard to contact as they were busy at the restaurant.
Review 4：Nice view of the lake from the room balcony, especially early in the morning when the bustle at the lake shore has died down.
Review 5：Wifi is very bad. Only, early Sunday morning when the lobby is empty for people, it is possible to connect and use it. At the room, I was thrown off because of slow connection. It's a typical southern European attitude, that it is an available service, they like to advertise, but 'it's not supposed to actually function' This hotel should not be allowed to be certified by wifi!

Review 10：The staff was so nice, showed us where to park for free, where to go sightseeing and so on. And of course, gave us discount vouchers to lunch/dinner both days and for the boat. Good food at the hotel restaurant, and the location couldn't be better!

Review 12：The bedroom was dated and uninspired. For the money, it should and could have been bright and inviting, it was drap and colourless. The barely visible-from-the-bed TV, high up on the wall was broken; although the volume worked. I killed four mosquito's with the first 30 minutes. I feared there were more. The bathroom was clean and a nice size. I appreciate a bidet. Sadly the air condition unit perched on the wall sounded like a helicopter landing. The breakfast was dreary and unimaginative. I asked to sit outside with the lakeside view I thought I had paid for the privilege to enjoy but was shuffled off to a darkened room to the side of the building with view hidden by nets. No imagination or consideration of the guest experience is considered. People were cheerful enough but I suspect collectively stunned into semi-silence by the pallid atmosphere. The breakfast was cheap and unacceptable. It has parking which we appreciated. The village is lovely as is the surrounding countryside. We loved our stay in the town but left Hotel Du Lac at a trot.
Review 13：Fantastic location with lovely views, that sadly I couldn't enjoy through the heavy nets strung up to hide the uninspiring breakfast area. I enjoyed the quiet too.

Review 54：We arrived very late to hotel after long day to discover that ourtriple room with lake view is not available and instead we recieved 2very small old and no view/air rooms the hotel claimed bookingmistake but maybe the room was just given away the person in chargewas doing his best and offered discount and move to the correct roomon the next day this 2 rooms were so bad so we decided to leave thehotel on next morning

Review 56：everything apart from the view was terrible. worst hotel we have stayed in for twenty years. the breakfast was very poor. The carpet in the room was dirty and ancient. The bathroom was about 80 years old with a shower you had to hold by hand. The staff were grumpy and unhelpful.

Review 60：I stayed at Hotel du Lac about ten years ago. It didn't look like anything had been updated since then with regard to wallpaper and decor. My room was a bit dark and did not face the Lake, but it was very quiet. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel, a really good value for the money, considering that I only spent time in it to sleep. I wish there had been free WiFi in the rooms. I had to go down to the lobby in order to use my iPad. If you're a person who can do without the luxury, then this hotel is an excellent choice. The great staff and excellent location more than make up for it. I would definitely stay there again, and I didn't even have a room with a lake view.
Review 61：The Hotel Du Lac is located right on the lake shore. It is convenient both to the ferry boats and buses. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the waiters and maids. I felt at home in a very relaxing atmosphere. The front desk gave me promotion cards for various activities around Lake Garda. I was also given a 10 per cent discount card for lunch or dinner in the Hotel as a guest there. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. There is a very nice breakfast room overlooking the Lake. Breakfast was included. The hotel restaurant is very good with a gorgeous setting right along Lake Garda.
Review 62：location is convenient for boat trips the view fabulous and it was good value for money , yet with a little better management it could be so much better. The air/con should not be switched off at 8.30am the breakfast is a sad little meal with little choice the room had 3 hangers a fourth being broken , the in room tv was 3mtrs off the ground and circa 1990 and the pillows soft as wood.
