Review 1：For a hotel that sells itself based upon it's view, the Windows were appallingly dirty. The bathroom needs renovation. The rooms are charming, but not really comfortable anymore. This place has seen better days, and is still living off its past reputation. With three other 4 or 5 star hotels in Spoleto now, they need to do some work on the place to stay in the competition.

Review 2：The Location can't be beat and the views are one of a kind. Also, the parking spots are helpful in spoleto where parking is always difficult. The decor looks like it is straight out of a '60s Bond film, and the staff is friendly and familial. All in all a pleasurable experience, even if a 4 Star rating for the hotel is a bit optimistic.

Review 4：While the building is looking a little tired, the location is spectacular, and provides easy access to Spoleto while still being away from any traffic. We upgraded to a superior room, and the views across the gorge made it a truly memorable place to stay.

Review 25：I loved the location. My room was beside the mountain and from my window, I could see il Ponte delle Torri and in the other direction, the surrounding countryside. The historic centre was within easy access and yet the hotel was removed from the busy activities.

Review 28：this hotel was fiendlishly difficult to find and booking.com's directions were seriously hopeless and sadly after a hot and needlessly longer drive to then find a hot room that lacked effective air-conditioning and then the hot night to be followed by a meagre breakfast .... The view is good but the facilties at the hotel render it not worth the effort.

Front desk peoplewere not friendly. There were dirty linens in the bathroom. Room andview were lovely. Place was pretty empty.
