Review 2：Great unique Italian host who speaks good English. Very accommodating, even picked us up from airport and drove us back in the early hours of the morning for a very small fee. Very polite family. Breakfast was set up really nicely. It is very evident that host is trying very hard to provide the best service possible, good value for money. Location is just across the road from Ciampino train station, making it very easy and cheap to travel to Termini and beyond. Supermarket just across the road. Very clean spacious rooms and bathrooms, we had everything we could have needed, just wished we could stay longer, will definitely return.

Review 9：Ideally located close to the airport, this B and B is perfect and the Ciampino area also has bars and restaurants so you don't need to go into Rome itself to eat/drink (we eat in a cheap but delicious restaurant as recommended to us by Giuseppe, the owner). The rooms are large and brightly decorated, you have a private bathroom and Giuseppe is a delight. He speaks excellent English, is informative about the area, and Italy in general, and is a really welcoming and pleasant representative of Italy. Breakfast is provided by Giuseppe and you can also avoid the hassle of train/bus by paying for his shuttle service to the airport. Highly recommend the Dream B and B for rooms that are much bigger than in Rome, quieter area and cheaper price along with top class service and welcome!
Review 10：A bit cold in the room, very Italian breakfast (coffee, croissant, muesli etc. - real continental breakfast). Private bathroom is in other side of flat.

Review 13：Water did not drain properly from the shower tray causing flooding when in use. We recommend that the shower drainage be checked carefully before the guests move in to avoid any inconvenience to the guests, also recommend that it would be better if breakfast portions are slightly more generous

Review 15：The place is very beautiful, the location is excellent, there is bus from the airport and it's close to the train station, from where you can catch train and be in Rome in about 15min. Giuseppe was very nice, and helpful. I'm sure that for our next visit in Rome we will choose B&B Dream House.
Review 16：- The sound insulation is really poor. We had a room with an en-suite bathroom, but the other room didn’t. Their bathroom was right next to our room and we could hear everything happening in there. I was woken up by shower noises early in the morning. - There wasn’t a single socket in our room which would work for our laptops. (Well, there was one in the bathroom which fit, but it didn't work itself). Our plugs (Eastern Europe) looked similar to the Italian ones, but somehow wouldn’t exactly fit. So, our computers died and I could only use the Internet from my phone (which I charged without any problems, btw). As far as I was explained, this problem mostly occurs with some new type of Italian sockets. We were not provided with any kind of adaptor when I mentioned the problem. - Having some savoury options for breakfast would be good.
Review 17：+ The location is genius: 10 minutes to the airport by bus or car, 10 minutes to the Central Station in Rome by train (the Ciampino station is 2 minutes away from the property; the fare to Roma Termini is 1 euro 50). + A good supermarket nearby. + Location in a very quiet residential area. We had a good night's sleep. Maybe it was the quietest we have experienced in Italy so far. + Comfortable mattress. + Very clean room. Our towels were changed daily. + Giuseppe (the owner) and his father Michele were really friendly. They met us at the airport (the transfer cost 10 euros). Michele gave us a free lift back to the airport, even though we could catch a bus. + Giuseppe speaks good English. + Breakfast was fair. + Good value for money.

Spacious and clean room that had everything what's needed, private bathroom. You feel like at home, very very homey place. Close to the location there is a bar, super market and a local restaurant.

First of all we really appreciated being met by him at Ciampino airport when it was dark & it was our first visit. Once we knew the way, it was very quick & easy to get from Dream House by train to Rome & the return from Dream House to the airport.
Review 23：Giuseppe was very kind and helpful. he picked us up from Ciampino Airport at our arrival and the next day he searched for the best connections to Rome. He let us leave our luggage at the b&b until our return from rome. so we could visit the city without all the bags.

Review 29：We were charged 20 Euros by taxi driver from airport to destination. for a ten minute journey, and were told later that it could have been a lot cheaper maybe more like 10 Euros but when you are faced with option of bus or taxi, feel the taxi is the best option. So its best to state your price beforehand.
Review 30：The owner was very helpful and gave us local information regarding bus and train times. We also had the full use of the kitchen area. Good location for getting into Rome only 2 stops on the train. The Airport bus was only 1.20 Euro.

Review 32：I used the b&b as a 1 night stop over as I arrived on a late flight. Giuseppe was an extremely helpful host, he picked me up from the terminal, took me to an ATM and showed me how to get into Rome (which was very quick and easy) and made sure I was happy. The room was huge and clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast was fab for the price, cereal, croissants, juice and coffee.
Review 33：Giussepe, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We really liked free airport pick up service. Giussepe picked us up from the airport, even though our flight had a big delay. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable, highly recommended for travelers who arrive at Ciampiono Airport late and don't wanna wander around the city at night, searching for their hotel. Moreover, B&B is very close to the train station, from which train to Rome Termini takes only 15 minutes. In overall, me and my girlfriend enjoyed our short stay at this property.

Review 38：It has nothing to do with the apartment itself. It is just the concept of sharing an apartment with another family as part of B&B. Some people might prefer a hotel when you are alone in your space. ( though we had our own bathroom, which was good). It slightly limited us in actions. We tried to be very quite not to bother the other family.

But the biggest advantage is the owner Giussepe who isa very good lad and always willing to help and support his visitors. Heis also actor so the movie producers should consider this serously ifthey need English / Italian speaking actors.
Review 42：Location is perfect - 5 minutes shuttle bus away from airport (1.2 Euro), 15 minutes train from central Rome (1.5 Euro Termini), 1 minute walk from Ciampino train station. Very easy to locate thanks to clear instruction from the owner Giuseppe. Friendly and helpful staff - Owner Giuseppe is a motivated and enthusiastic person who has obviously put his heart, effort and time into running this B&B. He has maintained excellent communication prior to arrival and welcome the guests with open arm. He is very attentive and able to accommodate to guest to his best ability. His family who I have the privilege to meet is also very friendly and helpful. B&B - The B&B is extremely clean and comfortable. I stayed in the en-suite room and it is very spacious. The size of the toilet itself could possibly be the size of a small hotel room in London! The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is a godsend in the hot summer in Rome. Giuseppe also prepares breakfast for guests according to their schedule. There is a cheap restaurant + takeaway just around the corner which opens till late in case you arrive late and hungry. Overall, I think this place is great, of good value and most of all, have possibly the best staff I have ever encountered. Highly recommended.

Review 48：We arrived at midnight at the airport and Guiseppe came to pick us up, which was really great. Room was super clean. The train station is just 1 min from the B&B. There is a train every hour going to Termini (city center). It takes only about 15 min and cost only 1.50 eur.

El propietario Giuseppe fue muy atento y amable con nosotros. El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo nuevo y muy limpio. Totalmente recomendable para conocer Roma, ya que en quince minutos de tren estas en Termini (la estación de tren-compañia Trenitalia, esta a menos de 5 minutos caminando) hay bastante frecuencia y cuesta solo 1.50. En enlace con el aeropuerto también es muy bueno: la parada del autobus que va al aeropuerto se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando y el recorrido es de 10 minutos en autobus por tan solo 1.40€) o puedes coger un taxi en la estación de trenes por 15€. Giuseppe te puede facilitar toda esta información sin problema Calidad/precio excelente, totalmente recomendable y si vuelvo a Roma, volveria sin dudarlo!
