Review 1：We planned to take transport to see places but at the end we drove due to having to catch 2-3 buses just to get to city and even Olympic Stadium which states it's only 10 kms but two busses was a joke. Even train station was too far, sorry definitely stay in city next time. Thought being close to stadium would be good but was more a headache . Also place is due for a upgrade very run down

Review 3：The family room was tiny. It was just a standard room with 3 beds squeezed into it. The pool was dirty and could not be used by my children who were looking forward to a bit of pool time during our stay. Cleaning of the room was not consistent day to day, though there was one the day before we checked out who was really great.
Review 4：The view to the golf course. The lady at reception was really great. The cleaner I spoke to on the 27th was excellent, and cleaned the room and sanitized it to perfection.
Review 5：No plug for basin but one was found for us. Airconditioner didn't work properly and not able to be fixed by staff even though they were helpful.

Review 7：For purposes of touring Sydney, the location is quite far. The bus stop is conveniently very close (just outside the hotel) however it is a minimum 45 min ride to the city.

Review 18：Greeted by very friendly staff. Motel is on very busy road however we couldn't hear the road noise inside our room. Close to Top Ryde Shops and restaurants. Basic room but clean and comfortable for overnight stay.

Given that perishables are expensive if not ordered, I understand the menu options but would have liked to have been able to order a greek salad or similar to fulfil my need for fresh raw food.

The staff were polite and went out of their way to optimise my comfort, even booking a taxi service on three consecutive evenings so that it was waiting when required early the next morning.

The fridge had no shelves or door rails, we were limited to what we could put in it. The floor felt dirty. Two of the pillow cases had rips in them. We wont be staying there again. Nice location just a few minutes walk to Local Macdonalds, KFC and Service station, plus little pamphlets for local food delivery services. Bus stops right out front and it's a quick journey to either train station. Rooms were decent and kept clean, with nice views of Golf course.
Review 90：No fan extractor in bathroom - difficult to open the windows to air. Initially booked into a room that was being renovated ie ladder and tools in bathroom! Not sure how front desk did not know that! Lucky alternative room available . (Not sure what would have happened if all else full!)

Review 98：- The quality of the room was very shabby and unsatisfactory - we had to request a second pillow as those supplied were so thin. We could not sleep due to the the street noise on the major road. On the first night we had to knock on the door of the next room at 12.25am to get them to turn their TV down so we could try to sleep. As the rooms were only divided by a joining door we could hear everything the neighbours said. All in all it was not a very good stay and we would have moved after the first night only we were there for my mother's funeral and did not have time to source alternative accommodation for the second night. - We had dinner at the motel restaurant and in the party there were guests from 2 rooms and others not staying at the motel. The waitress took the room numbers for the food and drink orders, then when we went to check out found that all the food and drink were charged to our room. My husband and I selected and paid for what we had consumed. There was some more paid by the other room and some remained unclaimed.

Review 103：we were taking our kids to anz stadium to watch a soccer game, we wanted to be with in 5km walking distance! the site that was attached to booking said it was 4.8km so we booked:) but once we got to hotel we were told it's actually 8.something km:( so we had to drive whole reason for booking hotel was that i didn't want to park my ford ranger at anz parking station! because i had to park at parking station as i knew that parking spots were tight i ended up damaging my front bumper bar:(

Review 105：We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children. Booked 3 family rooms. Arrived back from the function at about 10.30pm and needed to put the kids to bed. Surprise surprise, 2 cockroaches crawled out of one of the kids beds in room 22. A check was done of all the beds and they were OK. I showed reception a photo of the slow cockroach on the bed. Sorry, we'll get the room fumigated. No offer of a refund for one of the $165 rooms or even a discount. I doubt that after I left the management were even informed or the room was fumigated.

The manager said to "close the bathroom window" but it was still noisy to the point of requiring ear plugs. The room was also very run down. Although clean, the room smelt musty, the windows didn't open, the bathroom is from the 1960s and the aircon was terrible. Some comments have been made about rude staff. I won't say "rude", however I can see why some people may feel that way. The new girl was lovely but the manager was very direct, talked a lot without listening, and for too long each time. It made it easier to avoid asking a question or raising an issue than to go through the pain of being told, the long way round, that essentially it is what it is...
