Review 1：The air con wasn't as cool as we would have liked.
Review 2：The location is fabulous, wonderful views, huge beautiful room. Delicious food and very attentive staff. Our 9 year old son loved the indoor and outdoor pool and the tennis courts. It was a short walk into the beautiful village where we had lovely coffee and snacks in the square. There is a bus and train stop close by if you want to explore, but we used our short stay to relax at the hotel. ask for a room looking over Merano, the views are stunning. Expensive, but worth treating yourself.
