Review 1：I had to pay 10€ for late check in :( I was really annoyed about this especially as it wasn't my fault that my train to rome was cancelled. When I saw the room I soon got over it.

Review 2：room and location was excellent.

Review 3：There aren't nets on the windows and the room was full of mosquitos - we spent half of each night running after them... but we lost the battle.. and the war :-) The mattress was not good. They gave us the wrong network name and we didn't have wi fi half of the time. We sent them a text msg - noone replied. The pressure of the hot water was weak. The cleaning ladies continued cleaning long after 2 pm... when we came to rest after a long walk. There were just two capsules for the coffee machine - cortado - coffee with milk. Good that we had brought coffee capsules from home. It was difficult to find the facility after we entered the front door - neither a sign, nor a meeting person. Please note it is on the second floor in section C. The elevator is really.. retro :-) The rest was fine.

Review 4：The location is great - very close to Termini and from there you can go wherever you like. It was very clean. The ceiling is high, the bathroom is spacy.Nice basket of fruits at arrival. Dolce gusto coffee machine.A very nice view from room number 3.

Review 5：Beautiful views of the actient Baths from my room. Very quiet location despite being so close to Rome's main train station (accessed through a courtyard from the road). Very friendly and kind staff. I asked if they had an adapter because I forgot mine. They didn't but went out and bought one for me!

Review 9：Stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Rome. Location is great & very close to Termini Station (3-5 minute walk) & most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The room & bathroom are lovely & modern. The breakfast consists of fresh fruit, croissants, juice, yoghurt & you eat it in your room...which was fine. Overall we had a good experience & were really happy with the location. If you're looking for value for money, clean, safe accommodation then Suite Deal is a good option.

Review 10：The location can't be better. Very close to Termini and close to some nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They advised us to some nice places to visit. They were even as friendly as to store our luggage for the entire day on the day we returned back home.

Really new and modern hotel near railway station Termini(7 minutes on foot). Our room have a beautiful view on the remains of Ancient Rome and church. Good work of wi-fi and nice breakfast in the room.

Review 12：We got double debited / charged for the room and it has still not been sorted out one week later. We arrived in Rome in the late evening and received a notification that the booking may not be honoured due to no staff being at the hotel at the time. We tried to call them several times to make sure someone would be available but no one answered the phone. All was perfect in the end but it would be great to have a phone number that is answered.

Review 14：Rude staff: asked us where we were going the morning of checking out, was clearly very eager to get us out and even knocked on our room 2 times(before checkout time) asking when we were going to leave!!! 2 croissants, 2 packets of kelloggs and 2 yoghurt, that you have to eat in your room on the bed, IS NOT BREAKFAST!!!

Review 21：Entrance courtyard was the only area that did not have a luxurious feel, but this is out of the control of Suite Deal as it is part of the residential building.

Review 22：Accommodation is within a residential block, which is why it is so close to all the major attractions, with a wonderful view over the Diocletian Baths. Breakfast for the next day was left in the room by cleaning staff, and fresh croissants/pastries arrived each morning. Clean, tidy, well finished accommodation, within easy walking distance of Termini train and bus station. The antique elevator was also great!

The hotel is close to the Termini station (just 7 min walking), my room had a window view to the Terme Di Diocleziano, nice open air museum. The facilities includes coffee machine and kettle.

Review 59：Booking.com - i dun find the correct option for Q1 but i'm forced to choose anyhow before proceed. I actually travelled as a family without any children. SuiteDeal - Difficult to find the check-in desk. The address doesn't indicate which block and which level to go to. There are 3 blocks there and stairs before reaching the lift lobby.

Review 62：First let me clarify something! That was not a real hotel! It is a house operated by a man and his daughter as a guesthouse. Then do not expect to go through a big hall or to see some formal stuff. It is kind of nice, modern house which is giving you one of their room. The owners live downstairs in another unit of the building. The staff, who are the owners, are super nice, helpful and friendly. I loved them! The room was exactly the thing I expected and the one on the photos, very comfortable, clean, modern and big enough. The location was great as well. It is down a street which is very close to the "termini". Termini is the main central station for the bus and trains. There are many shuttle buses to the airport from there. Then no need to take expensive taxi. You just walk down the street for around 5 mins and pay 10-12 euros to go to the airport, instead of 50 euros or more! The air conditioner was very good as well as the internet. Overall, if you are not of those people with crazy level of standards!, you would definitely enjoy your stay there!

Review 66：I do not really write reviews. But I called Booking.com if this hotel even existed because it had not many reviews. The fact is that when we were booking this hotel it got only 5 reviews and all of them were like 100% or very close to that. Of course we felt this was little suspicious, but the operator of Booking.com told me it was a new hotel and the owners name. We risked it, because we were travelling as a couple and the room pictures were really nice ;) We got a SuiteDeal.. because we got exceptional room for low price. The ladies at reception were friendly and answered our questions about the fireworks in Rome etc. etc. I also met the manager and we had a nice talk / he was friendly and professional in managing not standard situations. If I come again to Rome and get this deal I would for sure stay at this place again ;)
