Review 1：Parking was tight. No staff around after 6PM, with an indication that there would be a charge if we needed staff assistance after 6PM.

Review 15：This was our fifth time on holiday in Kalbarri and we still love it! Kalbarri Seafront Villas are so well located in town opposite the beach and very comfortable and clean.

Review 16：The owners were efficient and friendly without being overpowering. Great location on the riverfront overlooking ocean as well. All needs catered for. Great for a winter break or summer holiday. Walking distance to everything.

Review 22：Parking was tight, especially for large 4WD owners but thankfully I was able to use an alternative bay until it was required by another. I really appreciated this understanding and it again shows great, helpful and understanding staff.

Review 23：Friendly helpful and accommodating staff. Rooms were exceptionally clean, kids welcome, location was great, peaceful. Whilst fully booked it was still quiet, perhaps we had respectful neighbours? :) It was exactly as it was advertised in the photos with no nasty surprises. I was even offered help with mine and my children's bags to our upstairs unit! I have never had that before, anywhere. We hope to be back soon!

Review 27：Perfectly located on the seashore, shop 200m one side, restaurant to the other. Main shopping and pub within 700m. Lots of activities in the area. Safe bathing. Friendly helpful owners and staff.

Review 28：Facilities shown on Internet were misleading and deceptive. Thought we paid for an upstairs villa with water views but for a water view we had to take a ground floor apartment. The only air conditioning was a small unit in the bedroom which did not service the rest of the apartment especially as the weather was hot. The toilet bowl had been broken and mended. The kitchen bench tops had large chips in the Formica. Overall the place needs updating and renovating.

Review 30：The two circular chairs were uncomfortable to sit in and couldn't really sit outside if it was windy as the wind blew the water from the aircon onto you.

Review 31：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well located as it was a short walk to town or the IGA, River or Pelican's for feeding. The room was also very clean and had a good feel about it. The BBQ was also very easy to use and great for that perfect meal!

Review 32：The units are aging and tired. The fridge lower part was not working ,the freezer was. The shower head leaked badly. Bathroom floor tiles were loose at the entry. Security door only locked from the snib on the inside. Bathroom exhaust fan was faulty. Some tap handles were loose. Everything else was good.

Review 40：The parking was satisfactory but with a few large 4x4's in the driveway, some guests found it a tad tight. We found that the only means to cook in the villa was by microwave. If you wanted a cooktop, you're left with the communal BBQ outside.

The television and available channels was satisfactory and bathroom capable and tidy. Overall, happy with our stay, albeit too short for such a beautiful place like Kalbarri.

The property also has a boat you may borrow Jamie and his beautiful wife Faye were the perfect hosts. We shall return, hopefully soon!

Review 119：We booked an upstairs villa and assumed that we would get one as shown in the photo advertising the property but you don't, false advertising. Light bulbs missing, toilet bowel stained, windows do not lock, holes in fly screens. At $125 a night, value should have been around $95.

Review 124：The view from the room, clean and spacious rooms with equipped kitchen. The apartment is mostly white in terms of design, so compared to some of the apartments in Kalbarri it feels a little bit more cleaner and more updated. The staff are really nice at the reception.
