Review 1：A better quality in the breakfast. A coffee or tea maker in the room.
Review 2：Very friendly people. I still cannot believe that one of the guys went to the town to bring us pizzas at 11:00 pm because everything else was closed.
Review 3：Nothing not to like. The hot water takes about 3 minutes to reach the top floor though.
Review 4：Location...beautiful. Ask for directions to the pizzeria for the best pizza in Italy, it's a 5 minute walk and totally worth it.
Review 5：The internet was good for most days except sometimes it dropped and was out for the rest of the night. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also it wasn't nice when cigarette smoke wafted in from other people smoking on their balconies.
Review 6：Views of Lago Maggiore were wonderful. Staff were friendly and spoke decent English. Breakfast was yummy and had good variety. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

Review 10：A pleasant hotel with beautiful views from the right room, the reception and eating areas were spacious and elegant. Staff were helpful. Bathrooms new and luxurious.
Review 11：I had phoned a few days previously and had been assured that I had alake view room. Upon arrival I was given another room and told they werefully booked. I was told to book directly with them because allbooking.com rooms are given the last remaining rooms.

Location on the lake islovely - try to get a room on the x01, x02, x08, x09 or x10 side thatfaces the lake more with the view of the Alps from the balcony.
Review 36：The hotel is a bit 'tired' and it is in need of some refurbishment. One member of staff was a real 'Basil Fawltry' and tried to fob us off with a very unsatisfactory room as one of the 4 rooms we had booked (for 6 nights). Make sure you ask for a lake view room with a balcony!

Some of the staff were fantastically helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Over all we enjoyed the hotel and its surroundings very much indeed. Thank you 'Europa'.
