Review 1：This property did exactly what it said. Clean, spacious, warm and homely. The owner is kind and generous with his time and nothing is too much trouble. Always available and willing to assist. Totally recommend this property for individuals, families and if you have pets. Amenities all within easy reach and Rome accessible by public transport or taxi within 30 minutes.
Review 2：Room was in the attic and with the ceiling so low it was a discomfort. One could not stand straight in certain areas. Shower too small.

Review 4：Wifi was slow at times. Bathroom is tiny. The bedroom's inclined ceiling can be challenging (and painful). The room was cold for some hours in the afternoon before heating turns on.

Review 6：No welcome..young lady just took the money and ran. If you are unfortunate to book a double room here, it will be under the roof and so slopes down rather dangerously. My husband kept hitting his head on the roof.Big wardrobe ,no hangers. The bathroom is a mini version ,and so ,if you are on the large side, you wouldn't be able to enter the shower cubicle. Breakfast is a packaged dry croissant.

Review 8：Great apartment with even better beds and a very clean and comfortable bathroom. It's only 10 min away from Ciampino airport but nevertheless it's very quiet.

Review 10：Very clean, came in every other day to clean. Eleonora and Iohelia very friendly and helpful. Good Wifi. Easy traveling in to Rome. Amenities close by.
Review 11：We only stayed one night to be close to the airport but this is a lovely apartment. It has good facilities and if you don't mind a train ride would be a cheaper way to stay in Rome. There are good self catering facilities too. The staff member was waiting for us and when I left some jewellery there has posted it back to me.a great relief. There are good places to eat nearby in Ciampino although they can be hard to find.
Review 12：Small roof top room. I could only stand upright in less than half of the floor space in the room and I am of average height. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen with the narrowest shower entrance. I could stand in the middle of the bathroom and touch all 4 walls with my elbows. A lot of noise outside from local Night Club and from owner's sons. Very noisy air-con unit. Bed comfortable but small. Breakfast was DIY with supplied ham and cheese , but was very basic. We only paid 40 Euros for 1 night stay, so can't expect too much!

Review 14：In the middle of nowhere, the transfer from the airport costed us 20euro!. No air condition, poor breakfast.So, it's better to godirectly to Rome when you arrive in Ciampino.
Review 15：Luigi the owner of Simply Rome is one of the nicest and most helpful person we have met, he went out his way to always help us, we would definitely recommend stopping here, and we will return soon.
Review 16：Owner and staff were very friendly. But beware the airport transfer isnow charged at 20 Euro at any time of the day. Owner told me he had beentrying to get booking.com to update his listing for weeks. I wasn'thappy as that was the main reason we booked.Gets hot without air con in July and only one fan between the three bedrooms

Review 18：We only sleep one night, the bed was good and the location to the airport was good! The landlady was very kind and took good care of us. Breakfast erly in the morning and a privat taxi took us to the airport. A good stay!!

Review 24：How we were welcomed, their kindness, how they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Recommended restaurant for us to eat and took us and picked us up at the end of the evening, and picked us up in the morning, and took us back to the airport. We only stayed 1 night but would definately recommend this apartment and if returning to Ciampino would stay again.
Review 25：No real breakfast provided, though the fridge had water and juice. Crackers and croissants with jelly were provided. No air conditioning.
Review 26：This clean, spacious apartment had a comfy bed, lovely balcony, quiet neighborhood, good security and parking on the street that made it a very good value. Owner Luigi and staff were very helpful in giving directions, and offering recommendations to catch the buses and train. Close to transportation into Rome and includes a free shuttle to Ciampino airport.

Review 28：I loved staying in a "local" neighborhood. Luigi was so thoughtful and accommodating. He provided us with local transportation as well as easy directions on how to get in and out of the central city. It was nice to come home to a peaceful neighborhood after the chaotic environment of Rome.

Review 31：A Little to far out if you are planning to visit Rome. Fumicino is very much a secondary airport. Taxi min charge to take you anywhere (even 2km) is 30€.
Review 32：Luigi and Angela were so helpful and willing to help us and inform us about everything. They show us the bus station for the city center which is 2 minutes by walk from the hotel. They have tranfer service from/to the airport (chiampino) which is for free between 8.00 and 20.00, then you have to pay a small amount. But it's really convinient if you have an early flight in the morning. The room was very nice and beautiful with clean towels and sheets! With a nice view from the balcony and the area was so calm with beautiful houses, nothing to do with a touristic place. We loved our stay there and we definetely recommend it.
Review 33：Host was very helpful, met us at arrival, provided transfer to the airport at an early hour (extra fee) provided useful tips about the area, we found a great takeaway pizzeria nearby with very good prices. They even gave us food for the breakfast next day. The area is far from touristic, but we had an early flight from Ciampino next morning and used the last day to visit Ariccia and Castel Gandolfo by train (it's a chip travel and Luigi drove us to/from the train station). Apartment is very good, exactly as described.
Review 34：Everything is so perfect. I recommend the people who want to have a relaxing holiday to live here.The room is so big ,and everything is good.The owner is so nice to prepare bread for our breakfast to catch a very early flight.
Review 35：There's nothing we didn't like but it might be worth noting - We arrived too late for the free shuttle and the taxi from ciampino cost us €30 to travel just a few kms!! Taxi rip off!! Luigi the owner will pick u up out of hours for just €20 so I would recommend that option!

Review 39：Our stay here was amazing. Luigi the owner picked us up at the airport for free! The room was beautiful, decorated and cleaned perfectly! There was always hot water and we had our own big private bathroom! We were given 3 towels each and they were the softest I have ever had my hands on... We had a beautiful personal balcony over looking the city. This location is very close to bus routes linking us to the city centre of Rome. The bedroom was so lovely and the most comfortable bed I have stayed in so far on my travels through Europe! This apartment was huge, almost too much space! (Okay the space was incredible) ... And the price was great too! Definetly stay here! Luigi the owner is amazing :) 11/10!!!

Review 42：The location is very close to Ciampino airport and to the train that gets you fast in Rome. The area is very nice and quiet. The personnel of Simply Rome is very kind, friendly and helpful and the apartments new, clean, spacious and comfortable.

We had a very large double room but had to share the bathroom with one other room but we were told that some modifications were being made and eventually all rooms will have en-suites. This would be a much better arrangement.
