Review 1：The helpfulness of all the staff, really welcoming as I was a solo traveller. It was close and easy to get to the slopes and walking distance into town.

Review 2：Elevator was not operable all 3 days. We were on the 3rd floor. Wi - Fi was down most of the time --it was free, which is nice, BUT it only worked one day of our 3-day visit. No Bar. No TV in the room. Beds were not very comfortable.

Review 3：Wonderful Location - very near the Costa Ski lifts. Kid friendly! Staff spoke great English! And were very nice, helpful! Foosball tables were great. Free Breakfast! Free Parking! Free Wi-Fi!

Review 19：Maybe the breakfast could be better...I mean, fresh coffee instead of from a coffee machine and fresh fruit or juice, eggs and cereals. Also, home made cakes and biscuits.

Review 21：Much less expensive than a traditional hotel, but we still had a good-sized room with everything we needed. No TV which was fine with us..we had peace and quiet in the room.
