Review 7：We booked non-smoking room and we have got the room in the smoking floor. The front staff explained that room was the non-smoking room. But we could not stay on that room because all floor was filled with the smoke. So please make sure that you request for non-smoking room in the non-smoking floor.

Review 8：It's noisy at night as I have to open the window cos of the air conditioner is too warm. Not really easy to find the location because it is set in the inner street, although it is quite near to the train station .

Review 13：it was located in a seedy area with lots of questionable establishments around, probably wouldn't suit people with young children. The mattress and pillow were quite hard and uncomfortable, I ended up using a folded sweater instead of the pillow provided.

Review 17：This is a basic hotel with good location. It is very close to the train station with lots of small restaurants nearby. They helped us arrange luggage forwarding service with very reasonable price. This was a huge help, as we had to change 6-7 different transportation means to get across the Alpine Route, which was really amazing.

Review 22：The breakfast is simple and only available from 6 AM - 9 AM. For the free coffee from 3 pm till 11 pm, it would be good for hotel to inform guest upon check-in. We only realised this facility on the last day of our stay :(

The room was fine though it didn't have this smell. My bathroom had some suspicious hairs left in it, everything else was clean though, maybe just needed to be a bit more thorough.

Review 119：The hotel is located very conveniently near the railway station, although we had to spend a little time it locating the entrance. The rooms are very clean and the towels and toiletries are changed on a daily basis. The staffs were always very helpful, even if all of them did not understand English that well. The buffet breakfast and the welcome coffee in the evening is also quite good.
