Review 1：They hardly ever answer the phone. The stairs up to the second floorwith my luggage. At the restaurant the food is not so good as they say.The service is slow and the owner, who is apparently kind, haspreference for some guests instead of others. Very insulting! I'llnever go there again.

Our hosts were absolutely delightful, the location was beautiful and convenient, the room was clean and came with everything we needed. You will love your time here, and I would recommend eating at the attached restaurant as well.

Review 8：Very nice sleeping in a 14th century room with an alcove above the bed, painted ceilings. The music on the street that others had complained about disappeared around 10pm (on a Saturday night), so it didn't bother us (and it looks like the place where the noise came from was dead, so I think their business strategy wasn't a success, and they won't last much longer). Breakfast here is absolutely wonderful - something for both the sweet and the salty crowd. A great place to stay in central Domodossola.

Review 9：The rooms are located two flights up a steep staircase, so be prepared if you have a large suitcase. The noisy pub next doors is apparently closed mid-week; still, the hotel is located in the middle of the old town, a short distance from a square with several cafés and an ice cream parlor - a great location if you want a drink but a steady buzz of noise for some rooms if you keep the windows open. And there's no a/c, which shouldn't be a problem most of the year but check the night-time temperatures if you stay in the summer (a fan / ventilator would be great to have)!

Review 10：Friendly staff, simple but clean room, good wifi (the place has several servers and one worked fine) and an excellent and generous breakfast. I'm sorry that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, as the menu looks quite good.

Helpful owner who wanted us to enjoy our Domodossola experience even if the weather was a bit iffy. Being in the old part of Domodossola was fascinating. We shared a small terrace.

Review 15：The room itself was spacious with plenty of room. TV in the room hot showers great location. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. It's a short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants.
