Review 1：The prices of the menu are not real because they add a 15% as a Food andBeverage Service Charge and it is not the tip or a legal recharge.Additionaly, in our knowledge in aruba doesn´t exist de vat tax, so Idon´t understand why they charge a 20,5% over the hotel rates that wegot from booking.com, even though, this was announced.

Review 2：For us everything went well, specially the food and people incharge of the services. Other good things were, internet access,support at any time

Review 3：When I arrived, they asked for a copy of all the passports of the family (2 Adults + 2 children under 3). They declined to make the check-in without being able to make a copy, event thought I provided the numbers and showed the passports to the staff. If it wasn't late in the night and if I was not with my kids, I would walk away from this hotel immediately.

Review 7：A minor thing was that our voucher for the beach was only good for the chairs and we had to pay for the umbrella. Again a minor thing more of an annoyance than a real complaint.

Review 8：The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the front desk personnel. They were great with suggestions for everything from restaurants to tours. Always with a smile, they made us feel welcome.

Review 9：If you like to sit ouside of an evening and enjoy the cooler night breeze and have a drink, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY! There is church or something behind the hotel with LARGE outside speakers that are VERY loud and they yell and and play loud music EVERY night. This is more than just annoying. At least the room are very well insulated so you can't hear this inside......IF you came to just sit in a hotel room

Review 10：Nice location away from the heavy town traffic. Beautiful pool. Resteraunt and bar on-site. A couple of other good restraunts close by, withourt getting into town traffic. Close to the airport.

Review 20：Since we stayed there about 5 years ago, we were very impressed with the upgrades. very comfortable and enjoyable. Staff was excellent and always extremely helpful!!

Review 21：smoking was allowed around the pool. that's a negative poin t, and I have talked to the desk person about that. the smoke-free room needs a smoke-free pool area. we have written a total of 5 comments on what we observed, and gave the desk person those exact 5 comments. those all show that simple maintenance procedures are all it takes to eliminate those comments. because we have received a thank-you note about those comments we won't need to repeat them here. on balance, we were happy we were in the talk of the town.

Review 22：we liked the location. we liked the tri-angular enclosure of the pool area. the pool was clean and inviting.

Review 23：I did not like this hotel because the price was to high for I expected , they charge my for everything, even I didn't spend more than 12 hours over there, the night when I check in the staff give me a difference I have to pay to the other day when I have to do the check out and when I did the check out they charged more , they are not honest persons .Even when I did my online reservation I asked for a crib for my grandson and never they provided . I do not recommend this hotel .

Review 24：Needs to improve the breakfast and the cleaning in the rooms. But is a good hotel.

Review 25：Proximity to Airport and to Oranjestad. You can walk to Oranjestad and the view beautiful. Wifi works good.
