Review 1：The first impressions from the road side of the establishment .. totally unfounded as you checked in.

Review 2：Fantastic staff service and brilliant restaurant food. Brilliant for pets and very welcoming .. What a chameleon from the first thoughts!

Review 3：* Don't count on wifi, even though you are kindly given login codes for 3 devices (which is a pretty good service, had the wifi worked) * The beds were a bit hard, but we noticed that in almost all Italian accommodations (Italian standard...?) * Unfortunately, the once beautiful L'Aquila-town centre is still in ruines * If you're being picky, the lounge could have a bigger selection of drinks (e.g. more cocktails & whisky's)

Review 4：* The most amazing breakfast we had on our whole trip to Italy * The restaurant serves a large choice of very decent meals * Very kind and helpful personnel. Almost all of them spoke English (and pretty good at that) * Free digestifs after dinner * We received a small discount when checking out, just because the guy behind the desk was kind * The same guy also offered us a free anti-pasta out of the blue (or was it perhaps because he had forgotten our drink order the night before...? Anyway, nice gesture) * Only 20 minutes to Fonte Cerreto (by car), where the cable car to Campo Imperatore is located

Review 7：Really friendly helpful staff. We ate in each evening and the food was absolutely wonderful and such amazing value for money. The restaurant was full of locals every night which is always a very positive sign. The WiFi was a little dodgy and, as we were there in mid-July we did find it quite hot at night but, overall thought the hotel was excellent.

Review 13：The staff at this place are wonderful. Service was incredible. So helpful. And they gave us a bottle of wine when we left as a gift. Our car would not start and they helped get it going. Their English was poor but their friendliness and attitude made everything great fun.

Review 16：Breakfast is at 7am. I was up at 5 am, there was some body waiting in the canteen - who made me coffee, there was lots of choice of cakes, cereal, ypu hurts bread... Croissants. Lovely breakfast. At 7am, i can back for another coffee, and another member already knew I had a light breakfast and said "I can now make you an English fried breakfast" - that's what you call customer service. I didn't need it, but it was nice of them to offer. Great hotel, great service.

Review 17：Was only there for one day, but everything I required was available. Even a charger for my phone. Which wasn't really available, but the staff searched some random boxes all the way in a utility room and we found one.

We ate both our dinners there and could see why it was such a popular place for local Aquilani. The family who runs this establishment do a fabulous job and made us feel warmly welcomed. Thank you. Review 27：The air conditioning from the rooms around us was noisy at times. The directions to the hotel were poor (unless you are familiar with European style referencing). The hotel is located just after the 6km sign on the SS80 as you leave L'Aquila heading towards Teramo

Review 28：Roberto and his staff were very accommodating; we arrived at 2.00 pm and were able to access our room straight away. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. The restaurant served food until late in the evening which meant we could always rely on a good meal at the end of a long day walking. The Nespresso machine and fridge with free bottled water in our room were much appreciated.

Review 29：The restaurant gets incredibly busy (must have been over 100 people there on a Friday night, and the owner said that was usual most nights!) So I would recommend asking for a room in the rear block, rather than one in the main block above the restaurant.

Review 51：We were on a bicycle trip when we stayed at the hotel and the guy at the reception immediately gave us an extra large room - without asking for it - where we could leave our bikes in the room. Incredibly friendly staff in every part of the hotel and restaurant and the dinner was also excellent at absolutely reasonable prices. We had a room at the backside of the building which was very quiet and comfortable.

Review 52：This is a very comfortable and spacious hotel, offering convenient parking right outside your bedroom door. The breakfast is amazing...usual continental items but with the addition of the most delicious pastries and cakes. The restaurant is also excellent...particularly the pizza.

The pool is small but nice. breakfast was good and staff very nice and helpfull. However we had expected a more typical Italian (old building) hotel in the countrysite. It was the opposite. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant and good value for money.

Review 64：The historic centre of L'aquila is still mostly as it was right after the earthquake, and we couldn't find the way to the cathedral and other sightseeing spots within. But Roberto can recommend some great nature sceneries and old medeival towns around.

My husband does HVAC for a living and says the units at this hotel are some of the best and were plentiful. Since we have ties in the area we will most likely be back eventually and will without stay here again. Really looking foward to staying here again and so excited to find such a nice place. Review 74：We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable . The best part of our stay was the staff, Roberto the owner and his mother who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. At their suggestion we visited Grand Sasso nearby and it was one of the highlight of our trip. The hotel also has a Restaurant with a wonderful menu as well as great wine selection all very reasonably priced. Breakfast was included with our stay and had good selection of items. Great coffee.

The room I had was in aseparate block behind the main hotel so that made it a bit quiter. Thebreakfast was wonderful and the evening meals were pretty good too. Theroom was big with a reasonable view at the back. The car park is fineand the wifi worked although a bit slowly. The pool was tiny but open!I'd happily return.

The room was large and from the room we enjoyed absolutely beautiful vewis of montains and fields. Restaurant serves one of the best food in L'Aquila. When we stayed the restaurant was almost full.
