The sea is just 50 feet away and reached by a private footpath in the garden. The medieval village of Fermo is 15 minutes' drive away, while Porto San Giorgio Train Station is 2.8 miles from the property.

Review 1：-WiFi conection very slow -Only for people who likes dogs. Many guests with dogs.Two Dobermans from our neighbor were unappealing for our children.

Review 3：Apparently, self-catering means not only to have cooking facilities, but also to clean the room and change sheets yourself. So it was a shocking unpleasant surprise for us when we are told, very serene, about that. Nothing about this is on booking.com. If we knew we would not have made the reservation in the first place.We would not pay 70 EU/day to mopp the floor and change sheets, we do this home for nothing, thank you very much. And about self-catering, you must self-cater also detergent for dishes,soap , showergel and shampoo for bathroom. And toilet papper. And trashbags. It is very intresting how the bungalows was designed, just a few have direct entrance from parking lot, so if you have one of these expect a bunch of people passing through your "privat garden" from time to time. As blessed with such a private garden which is shared with another bungalow, we had the surprise (full of surprises this place) that the other guests who arrived there few days after us owned a bearnais shepherd dog. We and our 8 year doughter have no problems with dogs, but common courtesy (if not sens) dictates at we shold be asked if we are OK to share the 20 square meters "private garden" with a 50 kg dog. Yeap, I have a beef with that private garden you share with passersby and neighborgs. The beach in front is peabbles and full of debris. There is a restaurant on the beach and you will pay 10 EU daily for an umbrella an beds if you want some confort. All in all, extremly disppointing and no value for money.
Review 4：The windows don't open except at the top so there is no breeze. ANd with no air conditioning, the room got very hot. The internet did not work well in our room that was far from the main office.
