Review 1：we should have been informed in advance that the room was on two levels with a spiral staircase as my wife has a bad knee and had difficulty using the stairs

Review 5：Completely unhappy with our stay! The air-conditioning did not work. The breakfast was terrible. The list of activities on the hotels page are merely things that you can pay for at other places, within driving distance. The Wi-Fi was touch and go. We didn't bother trying their restaurant and in stead drove to vitbro, where we found a lovely place! (Il Lazzaretto) And if you don't speak Italian, then forget it... they do not even understand English! I wish i could give this a 3, but the fact that its clean takes it to 4.6

Review 7：The staff at the hotel were amazing, they went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. They were also fantastic with our two little girls (aged 2 and 4) and made us all feel very welcome. The spa was great, compact but with lovely whirlpool, sauna and steam room....bliss
Review 8：Booked under the pretence of the spa, which we discovered upon arrival had burnt down 2 months prior. Restaurant lacked the appropriate lighting to enjoy the lake view meaning we could only watch ourselves eat in the reflection.
