Review 1：Road works, so no parking facilities to unload luggage, staff should have warned us before arrival! Breakfast is not really okay, the hot dishes (eggs, sausages, bacon) were not fresh.

Review 3：No clear signs to the breakfast area, when I asked I was pointed rudely in the direction of the toilets. Either employ more staff or put a sign up. Many of the food trays were empty.

Review 7：The Hasshotel has been nicely modernised and has a sense of class which is to be expected when you find out it is owned by the Century. The rooms are modern and a decent size. The breakfast is very good and the staff attentive. A new favourite in Hasselt for me and I've stayed pretty much everywhere else.
Review 8：Crisp design, spacious rooms with great amenities, luxurious but not over the top (loved our goldfish Wanda!). Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great location! Recommending it 100%.

Review 13：I think they had given a designer a free hand to do what he likes, very heavy on quirky designs and ideas like light switches that need several attempts to master let alone finding the right one. Lights under the bed, pimp my ride! And a live goldfish, can only imagine the boss suggested that one and nobody dare argue. Not to mention the overnight responsibility of keeping it alive

Review 16：We have enjoyed 2-3 weeks stay in the hotel every year. Unfortunately we could not able to get room 52 this year, and taken 53 instead. It is completely different feeling although price is same. If you could stay in 52, you should be lucky!
Review 17：When the architect finally came round to unfold his plans to acoustically isolate the rooms, all the refurbishing budget had been spent already on the many attractive visual elements or so it seems. Result: no room to room, or room to hallway isolation whatsoever. You hear people talking, doors slamming, and skreaking chairs being dragged over the wooden floors. Not for the light sleepers. What a shame for an otherwise very nice hotel.
Review 18：Beatifully designed, recently redecorated rooms, friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet, right in the centre of town with the train station at walking distance.
Review 19：It's close to the city centre, but a bit far from the station. About 15-20min walk. The wall between the shower room and the bed was a glass.
Review 20：The room was clean and stylish. It also has a good view of the street. Very nice breakfast buffet. I booked the hotel for 3 nights, and the front desk clerk let me changed my plan for staying 2 nights after I checked in. He didn't charge me for that.

Review 52：The price, the size of the room, the breakfast is included in the rate and pretty good. Located ten minutes away from Hasselt railway station, and right in the center of Hasselt. If you are doubting between the Radisson or this one, pick this one.
Review 53：The room was terrible. Both Book.com show renovated rooms. My roomhadn't been touched for ages. It was a dump. In fact the room stillhad the Best Western logos on the door. The clerk was rude when Icomplained about the room being misrepresented. She accused me of"booking a standard room". I said, yes...because you putpictures that do not represent the truth. Finally as I refused to stayand checked out, she admitted the website does not show the true stateof the room. But she still charged me 65 euros because it was my choiceto leave. Horrible experience.

Review 58：The wait staff in the restaurant would constantly leave me sitting for long periods of time before and after my meals. As a solo traveler, its kind of boring to sit alone for a long period of time after a meal and it makes it hard if you are trying to run on a tight schedule to get in and out for a meal because it makes it take longer than it really should.
Review 59：Staff was very attentive and helpful with every request, as a traveler who did not speak dutch and constantly needed assistance from English speaking staff, I was always taken care of immediately. I had laundry service one time also and it was delivered on time in perfect condition!
Review 60：A bit of renovation would be necessary in the room due to damaged room. Hair dryer was very old and not so functious. Due to that the price could be a bit lower.
Review 61：Its great that they have receptionist 24/7, it is very important for those who arrive very late. The hotel is located in the center in walking distance from central train station. I asked for early breakfast as I had to leave early, I was provided with fresh breakfast there, which was very nice. There is a possibility to make coffee/tee in the room.
