Review 1：I felt there like at home. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy, clean and nice. The reception, room service, service at the breakfast was perfect. I really liked it and everyone can go there without any doubt. My wife, my son and myself had very nice stay at Smart Hotel. I really recommend. The location of Smart Hotel was perfect too. It is only 200-250 meter walking distance to Termini station and you can reach everywhere in Rome via Metro and Bus using Termini. This hotel really deserves its name. It is really SMART!!!

Review 9：We stayed in winter and the room was hot. The split system did not operate on cool and windows were the only way to cool the room. This made it noisy and bright which was a shame as otherwise the room was excellent.

Review 10：It was a great configuration for a couple with one child as there is a dividing wall. The room was modern with a nice bathroom. We appreciated airport transfers with a take away breakfast box due to our early departure.

Review 11：The breakfast was not very appealing. The quality and presentation were not so good. The rooms lack sound proofing. You could hear almost all conversations and loud water flushing from the above floor. The shower cabin is not very private for twin rooms or when you have a child staying in the same room... Mine was double room with partially shaded shower door. You can see from above or below.

Review 15：The hotel was advertised as being air conditioned but our room was not air conditioned. We left the window open and each day the cleaning staff closed it so the room became hot and stuffy.

Review 19：We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. The room included a jacuzzi which was okay however the shower was amazing. Great bathroom including a large quantity of toiletries. Breakfast buffet was good, large variety. We had a problem with our wi-fi and they fixed the problem immediately even though it was rather late. Location is okay you need to walk five to ten minutes for better restuarants. Friendly staff.

Review 28：This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. I booked it the last night of our Italy trip in order to be close to the Rome train station so that we could catch the Leonardo Express to the airport in the morning. It was a short, easy walk to the train station. The staff opened breakfast for us a little earlier than usual. (Absolutely Great Breakfast) The hotel was easy to find (on a corner on a piazza) and it was so modern and clean! What a great way to end a lovely visit to Italy!

Review 42：Waited until our last day to put the air conditioner on so the room was somewhat warm without the window open. Once window is open there is moderate road noise, but we were able to get by quite well regardless. Overall the hotel is great!

Review 48：Stayed 2 nights. Standard room is of average size, with modern facilities, sofa, luggage rack, TV, safe, minibar and a workstation. Well lit room, toilet with bidet and shower are separated. Enjoyed the breakfast; from 7 am to 10:30 am, served assorted pastries, cereals, cheese, juices, scrambled eggs, bacons, fresh mixed fruits, yoghurts, desserts, jams and hams. We've taken the special offer Euro 55.00 one way airport transfer to Fiumicino airport and wasn't expecting that Mercedes-Benz saloon car was arranged. Staff are friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

Review 55：This is a bright new hotel, perfectly located just a step from Termini. My room was nicely designed, sparkling clean and it was a real pleasure to stay. The tariff was very economical - 70 euro. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were endlessly obliging. This is the best place I have found in a very long time and certainly I will stay there every time I'm in Rome.

Review 56：First night we stayed in room 501, this room was at the end of the corridor. The doors are not soundproof, we could hear the coming and goings of all other people on level 5 - with the TV on. Also we could hear the people next door through the wall, they were talking at a normal level. Additionally the people above could be heard walking around. This kept my wife awake who is a heavy sleeper. I had to wear the ear plugs I had packed for the airplane. I asked to change rooms the following night, I was given the option of moving to various other rooms. I chose to move to the junior suite on the 7th floor, this room was two levels. The top level is the bed room which being the top level had no rooms above it. I assumed this may allow us to get some sleep. I was wrong, the heating units for the hotel are immediately next door to this room and made a loud bang each time they turned on, this was every 10 minutes. It would have been near impossible to sleep though unless in a coma. I once again asked to change rooms, requesting one that may actually be soundproof enough to get a night sleep without having to use earplugs. I was moved to a single floor junior suite on the same floor. The noise of the heating units was still audible, but quieter. But we then had noise once again from the above room and rooms either side. I have to wonder how this hotel can label itself as "sound proof" it's most certainly not. After a long day walking around Rome it would have been nice to relax in our room and get a good night sleep, this wasn't possible for any of the 3 nights we were there. Additionally the third room we stayed in smelt of stale urine.

Review 57：The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable. We were greeted each morning with a smile. The wifi in the room was fair speed, fast enough to browse the internet and place a FaceTime call without issue. The smart TVs were a good idea but need to be thought out a little better. It lacked a on demand movie channel, and playing back video through the YouTube app was very low quality.

Review 61：I like this hotel because it is located in the center of Rome, the bus station is very near, taxi stop is just in front of the hotel, all what I need were at the street near the hotel, I walked to the Colosseum about 15 minutes far from the hotel, other touring sites were not far. The hotel is clean, the cost is reasonable, the room was good with comfortable bed, the food was good, services were excellent and all the workers were always smiling and trying their best to introduce the best service to customers. for all the above, honestly, if I visit Rome next time, I will mainly think to be in Smart Hotel.

It was clean, comfortable, secure, and had a great shower, was very quiet and had a good breakfast. They also arranged for a car service to FCO.
