Review 1：Someone move my money (also the important documents) from my bag while i don't stay in the room. I take a long time to find its. Finally, It was found under the bed (inmost). I am sure that its not moved by me.

Review 2：The room is very small. One person have to sit on the bed in order to let another one to walk through. And the staff can't speak English and didn't recommend any attractions. We have to read information and asked her about free ticket for city tram.

Review 3：Location is near to JR station. Easy access to train and Alpine Route.

Review 4：the room size is too small to be acceptable. No basic closet for keeping clothes. Bathroom not clean enough. Bathroom size is too small that it can place any skin care materials. No view at all, it faced to a carpark building, drivers on street can see the room inside whenever passing by. Reception staff failed to let guests know the breakdown of the paymen. Room charge was more than 4000 yen as quoted by booking.com.

Review 5：There wasn't any sustainable hotwater for shower duing my stay (just a few drops intermeditantly). I called them up and the reason was it was the busy hours. So I put my clothes back on and waited for three hours but still no improvement. Eventually I gave up and had a cold shower. Other than that the water flushing system for the toilet isnt powerful enough, probably water problem again. There wasnt any appology or compensation from this hotel.

Review 7：The bed is hard. The air contrition is too cold or too hot causing headache when waking up. Hair dryer electric cord was broken causing the electric shock when using. Expensive comparing with the value and variety of service to offer.

Review 9：It was difficult to have a shower without getting water everywhere, because all the water that hits the end wall drains to the rear rim of the tub, which in turn drains to the floor not back into the tub.

Review 10：Smoking rooms instead of non smoking one. No English speaking staff. Night club kind of place in hotel so loud noise through night. Not able to get drink at bar. Very pricey.

Review 12：It was quite cold in the room, and the aircon was very loud to work all night long to make the comfort temperature. It is not used for a long stay - when You take more than 2 shirts and trousers there's no place to handle it anywhere. The smoking room was cheaper than non-smoking, so I have chosen the cheaper one, and despite I didn't smoke inside it was all stinky.

Review 16：I don't often complain about room sizes, in Japan, rooms are small, and I've always accepted that from day one, however our room had a massive walled off corner which came almost up to the bed and there was almost literally no-where to put my suitcase except under the desk or in front of the bathroom door. The bed was like concrete and the pillows were stiff and had what felt like plastic pellets on one side (not buckwheat). When you turn on the shower, the stream of water hits the wall opposite, and the resulting stream of water ends up all over the bathroom floor.

Review 17：Great location, only a couple of minutes walk from JR Toyama station, good value for money, a really nice modern looking hotel with a delicious in house restaurant. But that's where it ends.

Review 64：Where to begin... When I arrived I was greeted by a less than warmattendent. I didn't think rude ppl existed in Japan until I went tothis hotel. The others seemed ok, but he appeared to either hateforeigners I.E. speaking English (which consisted of about 3 words andthe repetitive use of 'no') or just rude in general. There wasabsolutely no English in the hotel nor was I told where anything was(except the fire drill instructions on the back of the door). When I gotto my room I was pleased, that is until I plonked down on the bed aftera long day. I ended up with a bruised bum because the bed was rockhard!!! I read it in the reviews but thought ppl were being fussy, theywere not!!! For 12,000 yen I expected more!!It gets better. I called reception to ask for another pillow as it too was flat as a tack and only one supplied. The answer was a straight no. He could barely understand me. I called 4 times and got the same response. I went to reception and the same rude guy said no pillow!!!! I ended up sleeping on the carpet because it was softer. I was SO angry and it put me off ever visiting another APA chain hotel. What a joke. I don't care if you hotel is full from golden week, if youare ggoing to charge extra for that reason than you must be able to handle it with manners. Oh and the window jammed open so I couldnt close it and had to sleep with ear plugs to drown out the noise of the outside traffic. Do not stay here even if it is the only hotel left. Go elsewhere!

Review 65：The location was fantastic. WiFi in room was weakbut usable. Room wasgood size and hotel immaculately clean.
