Review 1：I think this was one of the more ridiculous hotels I have stayed out. Somehow I missed that the check in was at another hotel about a 10 minute car ride from the actual location. So after waiting at the door and ringing, I luckily found someone who could help me figure out the check in issue and drive me to the other location by the airport. But the whole check-in was definitely not easy for a solo traveler with no Italian to maneuver. There were no staff at the actual hotel I stayed at, which was inconvenient. In general, I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the inconvenience of the check in and the lack of any service.
