Review 3：Friendly and helpful staff who speak perfect German, English and Dutch. The pool area really adds to the experience. The kids loved playing in the pool while we were relaxing next to it after a lovely hike/cable car trip up on the mountain. Very quiet and nice, at least in the pre-season when we were there.
