Review 1：We stayed for four days. The staff particularly the manager who speaks English,is very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to understand our need and offered very good advice. The hotel is close to the centre of town and within a short distance from Como and other attractions in the area.

Review 2：Wifi was getting disconnected if you were not using it for 10 min and the password was not easy to write. But a very good internet speed.

Review 5：The staff was great and room very clean. I was travelling for Internation Furniture Expo and found after a 15 minute drive for parking that public transport sufficed. Breakfast was sufficient and a few restarants really close when I found myself back in the area.

Review 23：There was some construction going on behind the building, so if you want to sleep a little later before they get going at 8/9am ask to stay on the front side of the hotel facing the street. By July the work should be finished, so no worries from there...

Review 24：The staff was great! Helped me politely in many ways as I do not speak much Italian. Guided me to a good restaurant, helped me with directions, let me check out late, and even gave me a free cup of coffee while I worked in the lobby for a few hours before I moved on. Definitely worth your money and I recommend staying here!

Review 26：The rooms on the street side are just too noisy, whit barely and sound insulation. For a hotel of this standing, that's not tolerable. They should get this problem fixed. Breakfast menu was weak.

Although we were late for breakfast,they did not pull their face and did their best to make us feel happy.The location of the hotel is also good if you want to visit Como Lake.Although the hotel is located on the main street, the garden which isused as car park, prevents the noise from the street.
