Surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields, Agriturismo Nizzi is set in 64 hectares of private farmland, 2.8 miles outside Assisi. Its large garden includes a swimming pool, BBQ and playground.
Nizzi features rustic apartments with dark-wood furniture and tiled floors. They all come with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment overlooks the Umbrian countryside.
Guests at the farmhouse have free parking and free Wi-Fi access in common areas. Homemade olive oil, wax and paper objects can be bought on site. Guests can enjoy the on site art workshop, or you can also take a tour of the farm's oil mill, 6.2 miles away.
A breakfast basket with cereal, toast and jams are available inside the apartments, as well as chocolate, honey and hot drinks.
Nizzi dates back to the early 20th century. It is around 15 minutes' drive from Subasio Nature Reserve, ideal for trekking and cycling excursions.

Review 1：Very peaceful; Marco speaks good English and was very helpful with providing a map & explaining how to get to the nearest supermarket. Its also convenient to have a restaurant and small shop at the bottom of the road
Review 2：Shower room was in serious need of improvement (cracked tiles, shower curtain and towel rails kept collapsing, toilet and sink were old). Kitchen area was dark and very poorly stocked (no kettle or toaster, no vegetable peeler etc). Rooms became damp. Sparsely furnished, no nice homely welcoming touches. The breakfast was not worth buying.

Review 4：Sitting by the pool and looking out at the gentle landscape feels like an escape from modern-day life. The window from our bedroom opened to a soft meadow of flowers, like an impressionist painting. This lovely agriturismo was clean, comfortable and a 7 minute drive into Assisi. The owners were so kind and helpful. We were even given a tour of their amazing art studio on the property. We had a delightful stay.
Review 5：What a gorgeous bucolic setting. Woke up to the sound of distant cow bells and a visit from the family dog. Our hosts were welcoming, warm and accommodating. On our 17 day visit to France and Italy this was our favourite accommodation!
