Review 1：Nothing. Good for one night.

Review 2：We stayed with special offer from booking com 39 euro per night for this price this is excellent. Breakfast is also very good. I like soundproof in the room, very good to have calm night after long trip.

Review 5：This is a very nice and pretty new Hotel. It's clean, and in a great location. It also has a great restaurant right on site that serves and great seafood buffet. Great place to stay in Forli.

Review 6：Bed is losing its form, not the standard of bed I would expect from a hotel. The cleaning lady did not replace used items such as soap, lotion, etc. I didn't bother to ask but I would expect them to replenish after every day. There are flies in the breakfast table every morning.

Review 10：Location stuck behind a petrol station Dirt and mould growing in the bathroom. Black marks up most walls. And most importantly NO POOL !!!! Advertised as open from 1st may but closed when we arrived on 30th may !!! Too who knows when. Certainly NOT 4*

Clumsy staff nocking chairs while people were eating. Cobwebs draped from the corners and light fittings in the dining rooms. Staff on the reception never asked any question as to how or if we enjoyed our stay.

Review 49：We had Venice suite, suite have a lot of nice futures, but kept in poor condition, stains on the walls and furniture, not very clean, stains on the table. I would not recommend it to the people who normally stay in 4-5 star hotels. This suite need refreshment!

Review 51：The isolation of the location made things difficult not helped with only a 'once a day' shuttle, and no local bus to and from Forli available. The 5Km distance made walking impossible meaning you needed transport which meant as a couple, one of you was always driving and unable to enjoy the local town eating experience.

The biggest surprise was that they have rooms for smokers and in the rooms they have instant caffe that you can make when ever you wish couse all the neccessery equipment for coffe is in the room :) such a great idea! excellent option for us,smoker,s who drink lots of caffe! :) Very clean, very modern and excellent and interesting solutions for furniture and dettails inside of the rooms.

Review 66：Maybe someone will care about the location so I will write this: Thehotel is out of the city of Forli, but when we arrived at the centralstation we called the hotel and they sent a free shuttle bus to take us.In the morning we took a taxi to the aiport, which was around 20 euros.However, we didn't care so much about the location.

Review 76：Do not book if not travelling with car!!! I could not stress thisenough! The only bus stop (buses 2 and 3) is 2.4 km away from the hotel.Although this might not look like too big a distance, the only way towalk there is by walking on the edge of an inter-city highway with carsspeeding next to you. Furthermore, "grand" hotel Forli is situatedactually outside Forli, and the taxi costs 15 eur to the railwaystation, which is 2 eur more than the taxi from Forli airport to therailway station. None of the spa procedures are included in the price ofthe stay at the hotel. The WiFi network had poor signal at the lobby andnone in the room.

If you are with car, very well placed to drive to a number of interesting places, from Maranello to Rimini and San Marino, from Ravenna to Firenze. Small pool on the roof is lovely, entry fee is simbolic. Room have no balcony, but you can use the roof terrace which is very nice.

Review 90：Too much chlorine in the spa that both of us had an allergyreaction! Eyes crying and sneezing all the time!Couldn't see orbreath at a moment. Also they let us unattended so any kind ofaccident could had happent.Air condition did not work even though it was spring and kinda hot. At breakfast one morning, the waiter looked at us and made a funny face when we went and we sat in a table that we choose. That particular moment he was not in the breakfast room so we couldn't wait more in order to be seated.

Thereceptionist seemed to be unaware of our request and then called thetaxi and after 15 long minutes the taxi arrived and we hardly managed toget to the train station.
