Review 1：Internet connection was so bad. I had to sit on the floor next to the door so that I can get internet. I asked a member of staff and he said that I should get WIFI everywhere even though I did not.

Review 3：We asked for double bed and got one with two matrasses, what whasn't really comfortable.

Review 5：I asked for a room with access for an invalid person. It was on the ground floor however in order to reach it, you had to walk up a few ramps that is ok if you are on wheelchair but not if you have a walking stick! Futhermore the bathroom had no handles anywhere, shower included, making it dangerous once the floor was wet.

Review 7：There was a very strong smoke smell in the room. We could hear every sound from the reception area all throughout the night - barely got any sleep. The room was cold and the a.c heating setting did not work well. This hotel is far away from everything but ok to stay just overnight for an early flight instead of waiting at the airport. The blanket had a terrible smell and i could not use it. Duvets should be used instead of blanket.

Review 8：The staff at the front desk were very polite. Good room rate. Free wifi. There is a shuttle for 5 euros each to go to the airport and that's what we needed. we took the first one at 5 a.m. There was coffee and croissant in the foyer ready before we took the 5 a.m. shuttle (much needed in the cold).

Review 9：The noise from the airport and the train track was very disturbing, the food very bad especially the breakfast nothing to choose from only burned scrambled egg and cold bacon other then that it was sweet desert for breakfast. The staff except the night male receptionist were extremely rude, even though they could speak some English but they refused to do so and the customer servise was discusting throught out the hotel.

Review 10：We did like the room and the location was okay as it was close to shops and a train station is only about 10mins away. The very nice male evening receptionist was extremely helpful and was speaking good english.

Review 11：They preauthorized my card, even when I chose to pay by cash when I arrive (which I did and have a bill to prove that), my bank has a very bad spread, so it was much more money than I should have paid. They explained to me that it will be transferred back to my account within 20 bank days. Well, it's been a lot more days now and all I heard from them was "20 bank days, 20 bank days", now they wouldn't even answer my e-mail. I intend to get my money back in a legal way. Additionally, the bathroom was not very clean, people behind the reception were not nice and helpful at all (we had to ask somebody else how to get to the airport by bus, because they knew only about their expensive transfer...), and the location is very tricky - it's in the middle of nowhere, far away from Rome, far away from the airport.

Review 12：Our room was on the cellar floor and pretty minimal. The hotel is near the airport and you can hear the airplanes landing from time to time. However, the air traffic is not very high and there were no flights at night at all, so no problem sleeping.

Review 13：The hotel is well-situated near the airport (presumably you'll need a shuttle to it, though). It is walking distance from the train station, a couple of bars, pubs and a large supermarket. There were small aperitivo snacks in the lobby when we arrived. The receptionist was very friendly.

Review 24：The hotel was fine but I was ripped off by the taxi from the railway station who charged 10 euros to take me from the hotel.....the long way. At the hotel I went for a stroll down the road and then up along a main road which took me to that same railway station after about 10 minutes walk. I'll be walking from the station next time and spending the 10 euros on something nice to eat.

Review 25：The room and ensuite were clean, comfortable and roomy. There was a mini bus to take me to the airport for about $5 and came at a time that I needed. The hotel was quite nice and the pool appeared well looked after.

Review 42：Is not shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, only morning and evening, outside these hours must go on foot whit the luggage 2 km distance to the bus station, situated next to the train station. Taxi comes to the hotel for transport to the airport 3 km away, but ask 30 euro speculative as transport costs, which is normally the price for 20 km distance in outside Rome, of the night. The hotel has no relation to a means of transport, the closest 2 km, where you had walk every time. I arrived at the hotel in the evening after 22 o'clock, from Fiumicino Airport and than Termini station, it was no one public transport to the hotel, and taxi costs 30 Euros, which was airfare. It is prohibited to use the pool in the evening, even when it would be pleasant, fatigue after Walker in town, before going to bed, the motivation being that it is not illuminated.

Review 46：The noise created by some of the guests in the corridor was so bad that we had to get up twice at 1.30 and 2am and ask them to keep it down. They were young teenagers obviously having an after party get together in one of the rooms close by. Nobody from management or reception did a thing about it. We had an early flight the following morning and were leaving at 5am and didn't get to sleep until nearly 2.30am because of the shouting and screaming. Was not impressed!!

Review 47：It's very close to the airport and perfect for a quick stay over before catching an early flight. It's inexpensive. The restaurant was serving food until 9.30. It was editable but noting special. Coffee and croissants were available for people leaving at 5 am for the airport. They provide a shuttle bus to the airport for €5 per person.

Review 53：I didn't like being asked to leave my passport with reception. They didn't like it when I said I'd wait until they'd finished with it. There was no-one else there, so it was totally uncalled for. I later saw other people objecting, but they didn't stand their ground.

Review 54：There was confusion every night with food and drinks restaurant orders, and a long wait to be served, even when there were only a few customers. Need to improve communication. The balconies have no seats, so renders them useless unless you want to stand ! We asked if we could have a seat, but never got one.

Review 101：The location is near the ciampino airport, good for the early fight. I took the train from the rome termini to the ciampino station and then took 20 minutes walk to arrive this hotel. The shuttle starts from 5am, only takes 5 minutes to the ciampino airport and charges 5 euro. My single room is quiet. The staff is nice and helped me print the boarding pass.

They could do with replacing the hand-cranked shutters over the patio doors - they seemed pretty hazardous. Review 115：Most of the staff were lovely (particularly the lady in the breakfast room) and the hotel was clean and reasonably well equipped. The pool area is fab, the kids loved it.

Review 116：A friendly welcome from the guy on reception. Lovely refreshing swim in the pool after a hot and sticky journey. The room was very cheap and perfectly comfortable for our needs with a supermarket and Pizzeria within walking distance. 10 mins drive from the airport.

Review 137：The WiFi situation is very bad. The only place we could get a fairly stable connection was in the bathroom! It made it very difficult to contact home. At the front desk they have a sign saying its temporarily slow but it seems more than just slow. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. The sounds of planes landing and taking off is quite loud but really not that disturbing.

Review 138：Room was fine. The train station is only about a 1km walk from the hotel and is very cheap and easy to use to Roma Termini. Staff were helpful in answering our questions and also let us wait for a few hours at the hotel before calling us a cab to the airport. Also nearby restaurants are good value too.
