Review 1：Location somewhat off-center, but there two direct bus lines to the tourist sites (castle square). Garage expensive, but safe.

Review 2：Room and bathroom were big, the open shower somewhat impractical. Continental breakfast was included on club level - it was okay, the staff very friendly but the small tables, the limited variety of food, the impractical buffet and the loud Frenchman with his customers on both mornings were drawbacks. Some good summer rates available.

Review 3：Room and bathroom not cleaned properly. Lots of dust. Linens not changed every 2 days as stated.

Review 6：Interior of our room was completely out of fashion, felt like 20-30 years old. Room was too warm, no AC adjustment was possible. I had informed hotel in advance that 2 persons will check-in but unfortunately room was prepared only for one person and not all amenities were provided upon request. Bed should be higher.

Review 7：Although the portions were small and dining in was pricey, the food was really nice. The delivery was very fast and professional. Room was clean but it shouldn’t be something unusual for 5* Hotel.

Review 8：Shower glass door partially closed means: wet floor in the bathroom all the time - interior decorator just thought that people instead of taking a shower just admire him :-)

Review 13：Very friendly staff, check in was efficient though I arrived early (10am). I travelled with my infant daughter and we received gifts for her. Lovely manager of the club floor. Great parking in the hotel so we could just take a lift to the reception. Lazienki park is just across the road.

Review 14：- there was a military training for a national parade. I was lucky enough that my room was on the other side of the street, but it was pretty noisy and shocking while tanks were passing by. Nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Review 16：1. In protest against the pay-for wifi I refused to use it and simply used data on my mobile phone - worked fine for email and rebooking my plane ticket. People really want free wifi, please realize this and deliver it! 2. Locals would probably say prices of food and drinks are a rip-off (but I was willing to pay at 1am) 3. Service was extremely professional, which is hardly something to complain about, but it was lacking in the warmth that sometimes make you love rather than just like a hotel and feel at home there

Review 44：Surprisingly the front desk staff were sub par- we were given the wrong room, given incorrect information about wifi, were not on the list for breakfast both mornings although we had booked it with our reservation. The chef at breakfast was excellent but the wait staff were aloof. I have not experienced this at a Hyatt before.

Review 64：We woke up (me, my wife and my two kids) in the morning at 4 a.m., because somebody has a very soundy sex over the next door, it was awful. It was lasting more than an hour, after that they start talking and laughing so wildly that it was impossible to sleep. It was very serious thing to explain to 3 and 9 years old kids, what is going on over the wall. Conclusion - very poor sound isolation. All other things were OK, but I will never suggest that hotel for the family with the kids.

Review 67：Taxi service!!! They order a standard taxi from the reception. Firstly,it was no chance to pay via credit card although I mention it twicewhile ordering. The driver was reluctant to accept the cc and finallyihis terminal didnt work. Secondly, he announced a different sum, higherthan the hotel told me. It spoiled the impression of the perfect stay. Iwould recommend to change the taxi company/service, as they simplydont fit the excellent level of service offered by Hyatt.
